The carer's meet my husband's requirements and treat him with respect. They take good care of him. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They staff are very kind and friendly, although due to my husband's condition he very rarely speaks to anyone.

Reliable community care services is a very good company the staff are very professional and caring they live in with me in my home love to have them around the manager is always there to support me with my care needs

I have been using Reliable Community Care for my mum since last summer. The carers deliver my mum's care efficiently, with impeccable patience and kindness. My mum regards her carers as old friends and it is lovely to hear her chatting away with them when they're getting her ready in the morning.

I'm very happy with the care my mum receives from [Reliable. The carers are kind, reliable, and treat her with respect. Communication is always smooth, and I feel confident knowing she's in good hands. Highly recommend.

We have recently changed service provider to Reliable Community Care, and are very happy and encouraged by what my grandmother has experienced so far. The individual care professionals are wonderful. They are punctual, attentive and have made my grandmother’s care something she enjoys. At this stage, I would highly recommend them especially as it pertains to clients with dementia. The level of care, knowledge and understanding has been exemplary. Thank you so much to the whole team - you are remarkable.

I cannot recommend this company enough. The owners and the carers took wonderful care of my very elderly mother who was bed-bound with advanced dementia and skin cancer. They were prompt, respectful and incredibly kind to both her and me. My mother passed away 3 weeks ago and the 4 carers who looked after her will be attending both her funeral and her wake. This kindness has blown me away. I had previously used another agency who were absolutely appalling and extremely expensive. Reliable Care are reasonably priced and go above and beyond to ensure that your loved one is extremely well looked after.

Reliable by name reliable by nature! Always willing to accommodate any changes to care package at the last minute. Manager is very approachable, caring and supportive of client and family needs. Would recommend Reliable Care to anyone looking for a friendly, professional care provider.

Extremely helpful and supportive to all involved family, other carers etc. Knowledge in every aspect of health and care required and given to a high standard. Occasionally we need extra carers at very short notice and they arrive on the doorstep, fulfilling our needs. We have used 'Reliable Care' for the last three months and continue to do so without hesitation. Thank you kindly to all involved with deep gratitude.

Always a good team and happy to cooperate with the main carer. Will also do extra work if asked and even came during the cold winter months. Client has dementia and sometimes unpredictable. Carers accounted for that and handled it well.

My mother now has a live carer provided by Reliable Community Care Services Ltd. After a shaky start, the company have found 2 wonderful ladies who are kind and caring to Mum. Mum has dementia and the owner specialises in care for people with dementia. We, the family are very pleased with the company and feel that having 2 carers looking after Mum is very appropriate. One carer would be too much. Thank you Reliable Community Care for all that you are doing for Mum.

The lady that manages my mother's care on a Saturday on behalf of Reliable Community Care Services is a professional but is caring and understanding for my mother's needs. Especially as she has dementia. This is also relayed in how she deals with the family. If she has any concerns regarding my mother's continuing medication, overall demeanour she will let me know immediately. She has built up a professional, respectful, caring relationship with my mum which makes difficult times easier.

Carer arrives promptly at 08:00 each weekday morning. Exchange a cheerful greeting. Gets me out of bed on to commode chair and transports me to the bathroom. Leaves over the toilet and then I summons her for washing all over and she applies apple moisturising cream. Then takes me into the lounge and dresses me and then presents me at the dining table for breakfast. At all times we exchange cheerful banter.
