I have found all carers to show patience and respect towards the client. They have demonstrated a professional approach in supporting a vulnerable person in their own home . They support, encourage and prompt him to undertake agreed tasks in order to promote his independence and they carry out other necessary tasks to ensure acceptable levels of personal care and domestic cleanliness. Despite considerable communication difficulties they have shown a willingness to try to understand him and meet his needs.

Although it is early days, things are going well. Any issues are managed quickly and professionally. There have been a few shifts which have not been covered due to sickness and a number of times when carers have arrived late for their shift.

My daughter is very happy with her support workers. She is happy to see them when they arrive and always has a smile on her face when she goes out each morning. They understand her needs and communicate well with her using gestures and speech. They take her to places she loves to go to and when they bring her home they always let me know how the day went and what she's been up to.
