Amazing support offered to my Mother after my Fathers passing way above and beyond , and the daily care offered to her is perfect for her needs all staff seem to genuinely care for welfare and needs. Always punctual

I've used All4UCare for nearly 2 years - I am very pleased with all that they do for me. The carers are all very kind and will do anything I ask them to do. If ever I have to phone the office there is always someone there to speak to.

I have been very impressed with the care my mother has been given during our time with our care provider.
My mother speaks very highly of them. They have kept me fully updated with any concerns. Recently they acted promptly when they identified a medical concern, ensured that a doctor was called
and my mother admitted to hospital for medical assistance.
I have found them most helpful, easy to contact and have a very caring mindset.
I aware that they have gone beyond just caring in that they are good company and completed errands when asked.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The service provided to my mother is excellent
The carer is always on time, which is very important to my mother, smiles and engages in conversations with my mother whilst going about her duties
My mother has 100% confidence in them which puts my mind at ease

We were generally happy with the service provided for mum. There were the odd occassions where the days were charged in error or late arrival but otherwise a good and satisfactory service. We would recommend these carers.

My Dad's carer came to visit my dad as was arranged for every Saturday. They come to help my dad out of bed, get washed and help with anything my dad needs. Unfortunately my dad's carer found my dad collapsed on his bed where he had tried to get up himself. The carer was very quick to alert for
help. I came straight away after getting a call to help and shortly after extra help arrived. My dad's carer was amazing with how they delt with him and only left when they were sure it was ok to. They later contacted me just to check how he was. All the staff that helped my dad made a great impression on him and he became very fond of the people that helped him with his care.

We were truly fortunate to choose All 4 U Care to support our Mum. The staff are friendly and punctual and the management are approachable and accommodating to both the families and mothers needs. Mum was very happy and looked forward to there care and company. When mum came out of hospital they
were there immediately. Great for keeping family updated.

The care my 97 year old father had was exemplary. The carers often went above and well beyond that was expected of them, even when the problems in his care fell well outside the official hours. We changed from an HNS team after being released from hospital and they were awful. Brilliant service at
reasonable cost, using people that enjoy doing their job.

The staff are diligent conscientious and exacting in completing their tasks and always available to discuss any relevant Care Plan adjustments.

My aunt has needed care at home for a couple of years. All 4 U Care has been a great experience. The visiting carers have been kind, patient and very helpful in all aspects of her day-to-day care. Any challenges with her have been addressed quickly and she is definitely treated with humility and
kindness. They are always on call if there are any incidents (falls and paramedic calls) nothing is too much trouble They make it possible for me to relax, knowing she is in safe hands.

This care provider is amazing, it is by far in the top care provider for long-term needs I have found in the Clacton area. The team are all great, they provide not just amazing service for physical care needs but also provide great emotional and mental support. I fully recommend this company as an
actual user of the services. Added to this the support from the office backs the care team so much that it is very easy to ensure all needs and support can be provided.

My mum lives with me and we used All 4 U Care for several months. I must say they were very friendly and like part of the family and cared for my mum excellently, did everything needed without asking and my mum loved them. So caring and professional and the office was always checking/texting
everything okay and kept us up to date with any changes. I would recommend them, best carers we have experienced. Mum is now looking to go into a care-assisted home as she needs more help than I can offer.

Since we started with All 4 U Care at Frinton on Sea, last month, we have been very happy with the service provided for my Mum who has Alzheimer's. The online report is excellent and they text and keep us up to date with any developments on every visit. Most importantly my Mum is very happy with the
help and likes all the carers. This week one of the carers when visiting was confronted with water pouring from a dislodged pipe in the kitchen. This carer went above and beyond, solving the problem with the help of another for us, including mopping up and taking towels home to wash and drying the carpet in the hall. On top of this, the managers kept us updated as we live 90 miles away. Unbelievable service which was very much appreciated.
