Rapha looked after my 98 year old Mum when she had broken her wrist after a fall.
They encouraged her to keep active and gave excellent care, were friendly, flexible, and reliable, would definitely recommend

We found Rapha Wellbeing after an internet search. Looking for care for my brother. The staff are all professionals show real compassion and empathy. Any questions i have are always dealt with swiftly. We can not thank you enough for the good work you are doing, keep it up!!!

The care team was friendly and approachable. They understood our changing circumstances and responded accordingly with kindness and dignity. The carers were chatty and put Mum at ease and followed her requests when assisting with personal care. With their help, we were able to keep Mum at home with
us for a while longer before needing 24/7 care.
They are a trusted team that I highly recommend.

Been using them for several months and they're always on time and professional. The support worker has been helpful. Great as I only need care for 1-2 hours at a time. I will continue to use them in the future.

Very good. Carer efficient, willing, friendly and interesting. I asked for some conversation and companionship.

We have been very pleased with the care provided for my father. He feels completely comfortable with them and they are kind, caring and efficient.
I was also very pleased that we could put the care into place very quickly when the need arose. The owner assessed his needs the very next day and has
also been very communicative with regular updates.
Highly recommended.

A positive experience from start to finish. The manager visited to make an assessment of my husband’s needs and provided the service we had requested exactly as we had asked. Our sitter arrived well on time - very important as I had an appointment to keep. He was competent and again, did all that
was required in a pleasant manner. Thank you.
