From the moment Adelaide called me back to discuss my mum's care needs, I knew I could trust her. Adelaide and Joyce have set up something very special in Hope in Care Services. Dealing with them really did give me hope in a system I had lost faith in. HICS could not have done any more for my mum.
They were absolutely brilliant, dealing with a very complex, inconsistent and rapidly changing situation, and I am so grateful to them for being there and doing so much (so much more than I can imagine anyone else would have done) at a very difficult and stressful time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Carers were warm and caring and my aunt developed good relationships with them. Nothing was too much trouble and they always stayed for the full time allocated even when everything was done. It was nice to walk in and sometimes find carers using their remaining time to sit and chat about her life.
As she was living on her own and could get very lonely this companionship was valued by my aunt and us. It helped that she had a consistent core team of people so did not have to deal with new faces all of the time. If a new carer started they always shadowed first so that they could meet and get to know her.
If mistakes ever occurred -which is inevitable and happens with every care company (they are human) they were always honest and let us know in a timely manner.
I am an adults social worker by profession and work in the same authority where my aunt lives. so I know what I wanted when it came to her care. Management and the team did not disappoint and I thank them greatly.

The care provided for my mum was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff are friendly with warm and caring personalities. I would highly recommend Hope In Care services to everyone!

Hope In Care Services have been more than amazing. I am more than happy with the care my Grandfather receives. Communication is fantastic.

I cannot fault the staff. They are always on time, extremely well trained, caring, and are always conscious of maintaining client dignity. If I need to change the time they are always obliging. Best care company that we have used in the past 8 years and we've tried a few.

My sister is very, very lucky to have such care with Hope In Care Services. The carers are experienced and dedicated in their work. Always polite and friendly towards all. I would recommend home care to anyone who needs care without hesitation. Keep up the work. Best wishes.

We are really pleased with the work carried out by Hope In Care Services. They have always shown a great deal of care and support to both my family and my father in particular. Nothing is too much trouble for the carers visiting, no matter what time of day or night. I cannot recommend them highly
