Semy Care provided excellent end of life care for my mum. The carers were friendly, polite and professional at all times. The team looked after mum with great kindness and respect. I cannot thank the team enough for their assistance in supporting mum with personal care in her final weeks, allowing us to care for her at home, surrounded by her family as per her final wishes.

The team from Semy Care were excellent. They listened to the family and were very respectful of the service user and the family wishes. They never appeared rushed and had time to talk about the history and likes/dislikes of the service user. They settled in quickly and it was an honour to have April look after my mum in her last few days. I could not speak higher of Semy Care and passed on their details to district nurses and the doctors.

Although my husband was home for end-of-life care the kindness and respect the carers (Dan and Elisabeth) offered him was exemplary. At every stage he was deferred to and his decisions respected. As a family we cannot thank the care team enough.

semycare helped to enable my husband to die as he wished, at home surrounded by his family. They provided kind and respectful care, using his name and chatting as they worked. The night sitter deserves special praise for her kindness and support during his final 5 nights enabling his exhausted family to get some rest.

Semycare provided assistance for both my parents. The Personal care provided for my Mum was carried out in a respectful and kind manner. The assistance with bed changing and light housework has been very much appreciated.

The carers were -Kind -Respectful and polite -Trust inspiring -Professional -Pleasant -But most importantly at this stage of life's journey they were friendly in a positive way. My husband had lost any sense of dignity but in a way they restored it for him. All in all a very positive experience in a very difficult time.

The care provided for my mother in her last days was excellent and deeply caring. I appreciated having consistency in the carers. One young man was particularly good, and his care and attention to my mother provided the lead for those who worked with him. Unfortunately, on the one day he was not there, the attitude of the carers was condescending and inappropriate for someone in the last days of life - calling my mother by a name that was not hers and talking to her as if to a child. I was thankful that this was only on one day but I note it for training purposes only. It is evident from the care provided at all other times, particularly by the young man, that a high bar is set for Semy Care workers as to the standard of service delivery expected.

Competent care provider. On time, polite, helpful and friendly. Communication book used so we could easily see if any issues had arisen during the visits if we weren't there. Dad much more satisfied with the care provider by this care company. Nice to have Easter and his birthday acknowledged, so thank you all.

Very Satisfactoy service and very likeable carers were provided.My waife was widely travelled worldwide and was very comfortable with the nationalities of carers provided by Semy Care.I look forward to using the same company when my term comes to need care

What a breath of fresh air, the carers are punctual, caring, patient, friendly, and kind. Nothing is too much trouble for them and my wife is very comfortable and happy with the carers. This is a great change as the previous company was very aggressive and forceful. Well done!

My experience with the carers is usually very good, but occasionally very poor with some carers sometimes I have a very poor carer.

I simply cannot recommend this company enough. Every single member of staff that I have met and heard about who has come, has not only been extremely professional but cheerful, friendly and kind. As a daughter who lives 100 miles away, I have total peace of mind that my mother is cared for, safe and happy. They have never let us down and nothing is too much trouble. Completely excellent service and management. Many thanks to all.

On the whole, very caring, respectful and friendly. My only minor complaint would be that a few do not have a very good understanding of the English language or my culinary requirements.
