Semy Care provides home care to people living in their own homes in the Norfolk area so they can continue to live independently.

Their care is tailored to the individual and includes companionship care, dementia care as well as high dependency care. Staff are compassionate and warm and offer a high standard of care.

They follow all government and public health updated guidance in order to prevent the spread of infections and illnesses such as Covid.

Company fees are standard per visits, 30min, 45min, 1 hour, up to 24h per day and different fees for week days and weekend days, bank holidays.
We are happy to discuss and develop a package of care based on the needs of each individual.

The carers were
-Kind
-Respectful and polite
-Trust inspiring
-Professional
-Pleasant
-But most importantly at this stage of life's journey they were friendly in a positive way. My husband had lost any sense of dignity but in a way they restored it for him. All in all a very positive experience
in a very difficult time.

The care provided for my mother in her last days was excellent and deeply caring. I appreciated having consistency in the carers. One young man was particularly good, and his care and attention to my mother provided the lead for those who worked with him. Unfortunately, on the one day he was not there,
the attitude of the carers was condescending and inappropriate for someone in the last days of life - calling my mother by a name that was not hers and talking to her as if to a child. I was thankful that this was only on one day but I note it for training purposes only. It is evident from the care provided at all other times, particularly by the young man, that a high bar is set for Semy Care workers as to the standard of service delivery expected.

Competent care provider. On time, polite, helpful and friendly. Communication book used so we could easily see if any issues had arisen during the visits if we weren't there. What a breath of fresh air, the carers are punctual, caring, patient, friendly, and kind.
Nothing is too much trouble for them and my wife is very comfortable and happy with the carers. This is a great change as the previous company was very aggressive and forceful.

I simply cannot recommend this company enough. Every single member of staff that I have met and heard about who has come, has not only been extremely professional but cheerful, friendly and kind. As a daughter who lives 100 miles away, I have total peace of mind that my mother is cared for, safe and
