I have nothing but praise for Baseobs Care company, having been a service user myself for well over a year. The management and staff are exemplary in every respect. They are first class communicators, and go the extra mile to make sure clients needs are met. The carers are skilled, kind, caring and
courteous at all times. That cannot be easy at times. But they have never failed, always maintaining the very high standards of care and kindness. Only the truly dedicated can do their jobs as well as these care staff do. I am so glad I chose this firm and would not hesitate in giving them 100% star rating.

Don't waste your time with them.
Don't trust all of the staff who works there are not the best, rude and lie.
They don't turn up on time, leave early . They ask for money. Open the door while family members on the toilet and the door was shut and a sign saying "don't open". Open front door with
dogs standing at the front door with no awareness (if the dogs got out would be very cross). Don't put cotsides up, had a seizure then reported us for lifting back up. Talking about other clients in house. Damage property. Not hoist trained. Talk over you. Refuse to shower as come late. Very disappointed, expect more.
