M&C Home Support are an excellent care service. They have been carers supporting my brother for over 2 years. The staff go above and beyond everything we ask. They are very engaging with my brother and make him laugh constantly with their jokes and personalities. The staff take extra care and
attention in all my brothers care needs and are very friendly to my Mother who lives with him.
Whenever you need them, they arrange to fit us in and are always professional and kind! I cannot praise M&C Home Support enough as they always treat everyone with respect. We feel confident as a family that M&C Homecare are the right company for my brother and will always highly recommend them!

I would recommend M&C as I find they are helpful and caring.
They are always on time and keep you updated on everything!
They also are very easy to get hold off by telephone if you need to update anything.
They are a very friendly team with great staff and are happy to help with anything with a
great attitude. I am definitely very happy with the service they provide.

The service is efficient, reliable, friendly, engaging, carefully undertaken and by fully committed carers. Personnel, timings and routine are carefully planned. The engaging nature of the carers has a positive effect on the client's wellbeing. It is a privilege to welcome the carers into our home.

M & C Care Support Agency has provided outstanding care for my 98-year-old mother. From the very first visit, the team demonstrated professionalism, warmth, and genuine compassion, quickly building trust and reassurance for our family.
The carers are consistently kind, attentive, and engaging,
supporting my mother both physically and emotionally. Their attentiveness has made a real difference, including the prompt identification of health concerns that required medical attention.
After challenging experiences with other providers, it has been incredibly reassuring to find a team that is reliable, responsive, and truly person centred. My family and I feel confident that choosing M & C Healthcare Ltd was the right decision, and we would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I found M&C Home Support to be very supportive of my needs and flexible in responding to them. The service providers have been excellent and the care provided by the carers is gentle and supportive. I would highly recommend them.

It was by a lucky chance that M&C Home Support came to our attention. Someone told us of the excellent care their husband was receiving from this company so we had no hesitation in asking if they could take my brother on as a client. He was assigned three main carers who treated him with kindness,
patience and understanding. Straight away he developed a rapport with them. They came every day at a time that was best suited to his needs. They treated him as if they were his family and he held them in equal regard.
We were very fortunate that our brother had the care of these remarkable carers. Not only did he receive excellent, professional care but his family had peace of mind. We knew that he was in very capable and caring hands. Sadly, he died a few months ago. We will be eternally grateful that for the last three years of his life, he had the very best care we could have wished for him. Thank you to the wonderful dedicated Carers at M&C Home Support Ltd.
