We were very happy with the care given to my mother when she was in her last weeks. The ladies that came to care for her were empathetic, kind and attentive. It really helped us as a family in those finals weeks and meant that mum was clean and comfortable to the end. Losing a loved one to illness can be so difficult but having this care is so important to make it easier.

Jankan care carers were professional and treated my mum with dignity and good care in her last days. My mother needed complete care as she was bedridden and the team took care if all her needs. They were punctual courteous and respectful at all times .

The Jankan team looked after my wife for nine weeks. They were always prompt and nothing was as too much trouble. Always happy and cheerful and treated her with the utmost respect. I would like to say a big thank to all at Jankan Care for all the care and compassion during a very difficult time for my wife and our family.

The carer's were caring and attentive to my mothers needs. They kept to the timings and were always polite and respectful. They always made sure that my mother was clean and comfortable. Excellent service.

My mum was discharged on end of life care in May with Jankan Care setting in for all the personal care duties. Prior to their first visit manager came to see me to go through in detail my mum's needs. From the first day of the new carers, I was reassured to see their kindness, compassion and gentleness with my mum the patient and would highly recommend them to care for your loved one.

I was 100% satisfied with the care and help given to my partner, who passed away recently. Carers were professional, compassionate, and treated my partner with utmost respect and dignity. They made sure she was comfortable and well cared for throughout her final days. I would highly recommend Jankan Care staff to anyone in need of quality care.

Excellent care, compassionate attitude, great communication skills from all carers who were looking after my mother in law. They ladies were a joy to have around, skilful in providing a professional care and were uplifting us all in this very difficult time whilst providing a palliative care for my husband's mum. We thoroughly recommend JanKan Care services.

Jankan looked after my mother in law for a few months before she moved into a nursing home. I found from the very first day the manager kept me up to date with her care and any issues that arose. This was very helpful for me as I am in a very difficult health situation with my husband looking after him and dealing with his complex care. The carers always looked after her care needs well and I would recommend this agency for anyone else thinking of care for their loved ones

All I can say the staff are great, very punctual, very kind to my wife, she especially looked forward the last visit of the day, taking special care that she was comfortable for the night. All staff were very polite and made a fuss of my daughter when she was there, as she was finding it hard.

My Nan sadly was put onto palliative care so your care agency took over. The communication was great that we had with the manager and all carers were very friendly and took good care of my Nan. We had a camera set up in the living room to keep an eye on my Nan and we could see that she was starting to get a good bond with the carers. They were always cheerful , singing and laughing with my Nan. As a family we were very happy with the care my Nan received. Thank you for all your support.

My mother passed way in May. The home care team were attending for the last few weeks of mum's life. They were very thoughtful, respectful and helpful throughout. A heartfelt thank goes out to all the team for their help in what has been a very difficult time.

Absolutely the best care we could have had for mum. Every carer that came was professional respectful and so very kind. I can't find any negative to say about the company. One staff member would also visit to make sure all was going well, something that you don't find with most care agencies. I would highly recommend the manager and her team of such wonderful carers. Mum was very well looked after by them and she loved all the girls. They were always happy and made mum smile. Can't thank them all enough. Having had a bad experience with one agency they were a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended. With kind regards.

The manager and three of her boys looked after my father in his final days. I don't know what we would have done without them, they were the only ones there when we needed them no matter what/when. The manager was always a phone call away helping us and coming out if needed, the boys were caring, efficient and just amazing human beings. Jan care went above and beyond helping us all during a very stressful, emotional time, they were a godsend.

Well they were def sent down to help us in our hour of need the manager was so helpful , supportive throughout the whole process. The team of ladies who assisted my mother in law were 100% dedicated, caring, respective in all areas of the care we had 4x times a day, i was fully updated all the time by the manager and although i only had them a few days before she passed they made a difgicult situation much easier. The care provided to my husband was very good. The two male carers were excellent but had a few minor problems with some females. Overall he was treated with consideration and dignity as his condition progressed. I would highly recommend this agency.

My deepest gratitude and commendation for registered manager's care for my late sister. During the final declining illness of my sister, the manager provided exceptional care that went far beyond professional duty. She supported my sister with unwavering love, compassion, and profound kindness. Her courage was truly remarkable with constant source of strength for my sister throughout her pain. The loss of my beloved sister, aunt, and daughter has been devastating, but the managers's dedication made a significant difference in my sister's comfort and dignity. Her hard work, dedication, and commitment were evident throughout my sister's care, and we are deeply thankful for their support. We are immensely grateful for the level of care manager provided during this incredibly difficult time. The manager's exceptional qualities and unwavering commitment are a testament to the high standards of care provided. We are truly appreciative of everything she did for my sister and our family.

The carers visited my parents' home 4 times per day, to clean Dad, change the sheets and pyjamas. They were careful with Dad and explained what they were going to do before they did it (i.e. turning him). Even though the nature of the work was sensitive (changing him) his dignity was maintained. My Dad felt cared for, and said "thanks" and "goodbye"when his dementia would allow him to do so. Thank you Jankan Care.

The were extremely professional caring and willing help in any way possible.They treated the client with utmost respect and were always trying to make the client comfortable with the situation he was in.They always kept myself informed about the care they provided .They also were always interested in my feedback about how the client felt about the services they provided.
