Robins have been caring for MUM since May 23 and from initial urgent care provision to the last care nights they have been accommodating and excellent value for money-When we 1st contracted their services from initial request through to 1st care night only took 48 hours and that included a risk
assessment within 8 hours. The caring theme runs through the team from the bosses through to the carers and I have been extremely grateful for their advice and coaching regarding care not least due to MUMS ongoing dementia-I would recommend ROBINS from the bottom of my heart-Thank you to the manager and team for your help over the last 20 months and for the care,patience and understanding the night care team have provided.
