I would like to thank your staff for making sure my grandmother has proper meals daily. As I was too far away, it was such a relief to know that you were there for her. She had always wanted to stay home, and with your support, she achieved that. You were very caring to her, and she spoke so highly

Thank you for looking after my nan. I couldn't have done it without your help. Your care was absolutely amazing. She looked forward to seeing you daily. You listened to her, and she was really happy to have someone who had the time with her.
