Staff are very patient, kind and caring. I feel listened to and my concerns are promptly addressed to minimise any anxiety I may have. Staff is very punctual and helpful. I do not feel rushed or ignored. The care delivered is of very high standard. They attend to my personal care with
dignity and respect. The staff ensure I am comfortable and safe before they leave. The Staff also will shop for items I forget to put on my shopping list as long as there is enough charge to obtain the missed idea.. I have recommended friends to contact Quality Care 4U for services for themselves.
