Clover Care assisted both my parents in their home for over a year, with a variety of tasks and while both my parents had a number of varied issues to contend with. They are really well organised, all systems in place and working, their communication is good, and both my parents quickly stated that
they could not manage without the care Clover Care provided. Their staff are all excellent and their visits became a highlight of the week rather than just a service provision. I would recommend them highly.

Clover Care has been providing daily visits to our father since August of last year to support him in personal hygiene and as a reassurance for us knowing someone is going into him first thing on a daily basis. We as a family are happy with the care and support he is receiving to date. We were very
impressed with our inital meeting with Uta and there has been good commuication and a willingness to to ensure the service provided is to a high standard after a review . My Dad's only coment is that he really needs the carers to say their names to him on arrival as he cannot read their name badges, but other than this he was happy with the care.
My brother did note that recently there were new trainers being trained up and he felt if Dad could be pre warned that there would be extra people at his next visit that would be helpful.
As a family we would recommend Clover Care and their services .

This company is absolutely outstanding in their care of my parents. There is a real sense of teamwork, excellent communication and such a caring approach.
They go over and beyond to make sure my parents are comfortable and well cared for. Additionally, they are very supportive when liaising with
me and I always know that my parents are in safe hands. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you to all at CloverCare for their ongoing care, patience, help and support.

Clover Care was absolutely exceptional with their live in care for my 94 disabled father. Prudence stayed and cared for him for 3 days and nights and was such an immense help enabling me some respite. Managers went above and beyond to make sure everything was organised wonderfully efficiently. I was
extremely impressed by the quality of care, professionalism but also friendly approach and sincerity and would highly recommend Clove Care to anyone looking for home help.

Clover Care has provided reliable, flexible, friendly and professional caring services for my mother. At times of crisis, they went the extra mile and I always feel confident she is in good hands. The manager, in particular, has managed the service with real professionalism and shown high levels of

All staff are very pleasant and work hard at keeping my wife safe.
They try to keep to the same arrival time which helps me plan the day.
It is usually the same faces so we are familiar and happy with that.

Excellent care provision and swift response to increased need during period of illness, all the carers are very kind and pleasant and the service is excellent. The carers are responsive to my mums requests.

Clover care have been looking after my father for 3 months and the level of care has been excellent. They have taken the time to get to know my father and always treat him with kindness and respect. They are always cheerful which goes along way to cheering my father up. I would thoroughly recommend

My mum had to transition from another care company who could not provide the service she required, so she was a little apprehensive, but she tells me she has no complaints whatsoever and that the staff who come to see to her needs are very attentive and always make sure she is well and safe. I too
have met all the carers who visit mum, and I have always found them to be friendly and caring. I have had to contact the office from time to time just to tweak mum's care on a few occasions, and this is no trouble to them at all. In fact, they encourage me to contact them whenever necessary. One thing I particularly like is the continuity of staff. There is not a high turnover of staff with this company and no agency staff, which I think is an important factor when dealing with the care of the elderly.

I am extremely pleased with the care Clover Care provides for my husband. The carers are always on time and treat George kindly and with respect. I have become very fond of them all and would highly recommend them.
Only one comment, I would appreciate a copy of the rota just to know who is
coming.

Clover Care have been looking after my mother for more than a year now, and I can highly recommend them without hesitation. The carers are compassionate, professional, patient, friendly and always cheerful, and the administration is easy to communicate with, supportive and happy to advise when
questions arise. They've been flexible and supportive during a hospital stay (even visiting my mother on numerous occasions while she was an inpatient) and adapted my mother's care as needed when she returned home, going above and beyond to liaise with other health services to ensure that equipment and the proper care was in place for her return. Knowing that they were there during this difficult transition was extremely reassuring for me, and I always knew that help was a phone call away. My mother values her carers enormously and enjoys their visits. With their help she is able to remain living at home with dignity. I cannot express how thankful we are to have found Clover Care.

I have been impressed with the professional manner in which Clover Care operates. Communication is good, reliability excellent and the carers are kind and compassionate at all times.
Given some notice, I can arrange day care to attend appointments and live in care to allow us some respite. The
fact I can go away for a few days knowing my husband is so well cared for, is essential for my own well-being as well as my husbands.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Clover Care for your loved ones needs

The initial response was prompt and appropriate care programme agreed - and carried out in an efficient and helpful manner.
The charge fees were more than fair for the attendance given.
We would not hesitate to use their services again should the need arise.

We have had a relationship with Clover Care Ltd for over a year. During this period the team has provided an increasing level of respite care for my Mum who lives with my wife and me.
Initially, the team provided a level of daily companionship and "check-in" support. As my Mum's health
deteriorated the level of care has increased to providing 24x7 care, enabling us to take time away from home.
Throughout our relationship with the team, we have had nothing but praise and thanks for the care and support they have provided. Every member of the team we have met has been so caring and professional in their approach and attitude to their role.
Without their support we would not have been able to take any breaks from our caring responsibilities, for this, we are truly grateful. We would have no hesitation in recommending Clover Care's Services.

Clover Care has changed our lives in every way for the better. They have allowed my mum to stay at the home she loves despite having severe Alzheimer's and they have given my dad respite and company. They are reliable, compassionate, and go the extra mile. Wholeheartedly recommend.

All very friendly, helpful and caring staff, the small number of the staff on the rota allows my mother to create a relationship and a bond with each carer.
All staff are always keen to help above and beyond, even taking my mother to hospital appointments.
My mother has received care from other
providers in the past, Clover Care is head and shoulders above the others.

Clover Care is the reason that my father can continue to live in his home after his health took a serious downturn and a stay in hospital. He was discharged into our care and if we had not found Clover Care we would not have coped well and neither would he. My father's health has improved and
stabilised due to the excellent professional care and attention he has received from the whole team. They are always positive, helpful, caring and full of good advice. Nothing is too much to ask of them. There have been occasions when more time was needed and this is done seamlessly. My father also values and likes the care visits, and, speaks highly of all of the carers.
Clover Care's communication with the rest of the family is very good and it is always easy to contact them when needed. We have also had help from them when liaising with other health services for my father.
I would recommend Clover Care to anyone without hesitation.
