It was a real relief when Clover Care took on my mums care. A very difficult time for both mum and Clover Care, but they persevered with accessing my mums house and gaining her confidence and I thank the staff for that. Uta was on hand for a discussion/meeting and after a few bits of advice the carers are now welcomed into my mums home. All the staff I have met are friendly and approachable and my mum has never mentioned anything to the contrary . The communication between the company and myself has been open and transparent and very reassuring. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for care for their loved one.

When his care was extended to include evenings as well as mornings , that was arranged almost instantly. All the carers arrive at the correct time so we now have a good routine established, which I find particularly helpful. We have got to know the main carers well and it is all working well for us. We are very happy to have their help.

Clover Care assisted both my parents in their home for over a year, with a variety of tasks and while both my parents had a number of varied issues to contend with. They are really well organised, all systems in place and working, their communication is good, and both my parents quickly stated that they could not manage without the care Clover Care provided. Their staff are all excellent and their visits became a highlight of the week rather than just a service provision. I would recommend them highly.

Clover Care was absolutely exceptional with their live in care for my 94 disabled father. Prudence stayed and cared for him for 3 days and nights and was such an immense help enabling me some respite. Managers went above and beyond to make sure everything was organised wonderfully efficiently. I was extremely impressed by the quality of care, professionalism but also friendly approach and sincerity and would highly recommend Clove Care to anyone looking for home help.

Excellent care provision and swift response to increased need during period of illness, all the carers are very kind and pleasant and the service is excellent. The carers are responsive to my mums requests.

My mum had to transition from another care company who could not provide the service she required, so she was a little apprehensive, but she tells me she has no complaints whatsoever and that the staff who come to see to her needs are very attentive and always make sure she is well and safe. I too have met all the carers who visit mum, and I have always found them to be friendly and caring. I have had to contact the office from time to time just to tweak mum's care on a few occasions, and this is no trouble to them at all. In fact, they encourage me to contact them whenever necessary. One thing I particularly like is the continuity of staff. There is not a high turnover of staff with this company and no agency staff, which I think is an important factor when dealing with the care of the elderly.

Only one comment, I would appreciate a copy of the rota just to know who is coming.

Clover Care have been looking after my mother for more than a year now, and I can highly recommend them without hesitation. The carers are compassionate, professional, patient, friendly and always cheerful, and the administration is easy to communicate with, supportive and happy to advise when questions arise. They've been flexible and supportive during a hospital stay (even visiting my mother on numerous occasions while she was an inpatient) and adapted my mother's care as needed when she returned home, going above and beyond to liaise with other health services to ensure that equipment and the proper care was in place for her return. Knowing that they were there during this difficult transition was extremely reassuring for me, and I always knew that help was a phone call away. My mother values her carers enormously and enjoys their visits. With their help she is able to remain living at home with dignity. I cannot express how thankful we are to have found Clover Care.

Clover Care provide an excellent professional and flexible service at a very reasonable cost. They proved to be diligent, observant and caring. In all, they provided great support tailored to our needs.
