Clover Care has changed our lives in every way for the better. They have allowed my mum to stay at the home she loves despite having severe Alzheimer's and they have given my dad respite and company. They are reliable, compassionate, and go the extra mile. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Clover Care has delivered real care to my father. Recently returned home from hospital, my father's needs had become more complicated: Clover Care has advised, managed, and actioned the necessary adjustments to the excellent care they were already offering him with sensitivity, concern, and practical insight. They have adjusted the number of carers (increase and decrease) according to my father's needs flexibly and always in consultation with us. They have undertaken every aspect of caring for him with good humour and patience: my father sees his carers as friends - he enjoys and looks forward to their visits. It is due to the care he is receiving from Clover that he is managing to face up to the challenges of living independently. The management and team have often gone above and beyond when the distance we live away has prevented us from responding as immediately as we would have liked. They offer advice and support both on day-to-day issues of his care, but also on the future.

The quality of care provided by Clover Care for my mum during her last months of life was exceptional and we were very happy to have found them. The carers were always on time and skilled at providing personal care and support using a range of transfer and other equipment. They developed a very warm and friendly relationship with my mum and with the rest of the family. The manager frequently visited to check everything was going well and made sure his staff understood about any changes in my mum’s health so that adaptations to her care routine could be made. My mum could not have had better care and I would highly recommend Clover Care Scotland.

After Christmas my mum, who suffered from Parkinsons type dementia, went steadily downhill, requiring more care than my father was able to provide. The Clover Care team were recommended to us and we didn't look anywhere else after meeting them. They were well-informed and able to advise us on how best to deal with my mum's case, making a great effort to fit in with our needs and times. Staff were friendly as well as efficient and cared for my mum wonderfully. My mother was able to stay at home where she passed away peacefully and with her family around her. I can only be grateful for the carers' warm understanding and assistance at such a complicated time and would highly recommend the company.

The service and professionalism we have received from all the staff at Clover have been outstanding. There is also a very personal touch that makes the experience of having to get carers in to assist with the care of a loved one an easier transition. Would highly recommend the Manager and her team, they have been invaluable.

I would highly recommend Clover Care. They looked after my mother over a three month period in late 2023, and provided a first-class service. Having heard so many horror stories from other regions of carers turning up late or not at all and high turnover of staff, it was a great relief to experience such a reliable and trustworthy company. They never put a foot wrong and nothing was too much trouble. Middle of the night mercy calls were no problem, and when 24-hour cover was required it started immediately and seamlessly. Look no further.

I would highly recommend Clover Care Scotland. My mum had carers in 4 times a day to help her after a short stay in hospital as her mobility was impaired. The manager was respectful, professional and friendly with good communication skills, and was very adaptable to changing situations/circumstances. When my mum was discharged from hospital the manager came to the house that afternoon. Often the carers stayed far longer than they needed to with Mum in order to ensure all her needs were met and that she was comfortable and safe. The carers were always punctual and were really keen to help Mum as much as possible. They were polite and arrived with ready smiles on their faces. The app for my phone provided by the manager enabled me to see when the carers had been in every day, it recorded how the visit had went and reported any issues. Great reassurance for family members. Mum looked forward to the chat and banter each day!

Clover Care provided first class care for my brother. They treated him with complete respect and had genuine regard for him. They took time to find out about his interests and took an interest in other family members too. They also provided invaluable support to my sister-in-law, recognising what a difficult time it was for her too. I would have no hesitation in recommending Clover Care to others.

My brother found Clover Care when looking for a care team for our dad so he could get home from hospital after being in for 3 months. They have been an absolute blessing and Dad got home at the beginning of October, sadly only for 6 days before he passed but the entire team took brilliant care of him in his final days. They were friendly, patient, and professional and we couldn't have asked for anything more. They provided support to the whole family and made us all feel reassured. Even though Dad couldn't talk much he always gave them a thumbs up and I believe it was because of their care that he was still smiling right up until the end. Many thanks once again.

Not only were they incredibly professional but overwhelmingly kind, caring and compassionate. At very low moments they were able to lift all of our spirits, bring a smile to my Dad's face and go above and beyond to make sure my Mum was looked after as well. We have been using Clover Care for my mother for three months, and we are very happy with the service provided. We found them very helpful and flexible at our initial meeting. Nothing is too much trouble, and communication is excellent. I have an app which is updated by the carer daily, which is useful. I would highly recommend Clover Care.

We found Clover Care Scotland at the point where our mother's care needs exceeded what our informal arrangements could achieve. The director and their team proved to be excellent. She was looked after very well, including encouraged to eat and drink properly, being helped to take her meds at the correct times, and assisted to get a shower from time to time. I am sure that this helped our mum stay at home for a longer period than would otherwise have been possible. Since she was admitted to the hospital they have dropped in from time to time to see her, and even called in to sing her 'Happy Birthday' on her 90th.

Having spent ten years trying to find a company to deliver personal care to my wife who has Dementia and Aphasia we searched for a good care company but without success. Then we discovered Clover Care not far from where we live. The carers from Clover Care arrive on time, are smartly dressed in uniform and work hard to meet my wife's needs. They have been well trained but above all, they engage in conversation with us in order to better understand our needs. The result is that they have become 'one of the family' and we always look forward to their arrival.

When I am away a lot they keep me updated and if I know they are coming to see Mum I can relax and know she has excellent care.

Clover Care have been outstanding in the care they have provided my family. They are flexible and respectful and have put my dad at the center of every decision being made. This has also been a massive help and support for my mum who had been managing all the care prior to Clover Care.
