Thank you for the kind and efficient support you have been providing since June to our mother, who is living with dementia. The two live-in carers are excellent, finding ways to engage our mother and to tempt her to eat and drink. They provide companionship and care in sometimes challenging
circumstances. The relief carers are also kind and effective. The communication between the live-in carers and the family is smooth. This is a job that requires patience, kindness and a gentle sense of humour, and your carers have these attributes in abundance. Please convey our thanks to those staff involved, particularly the live-in carers.

All the staff I have come into contact with have been, very friendly, polite And courteous.
Always treat me with respect and respond well to any request I make. they always wash up and clean everything when they have finished. They are more often than not on time, which is very helpful.

We had a very positive experience, my Dad was well looked after and happy in his home. The house was always spotless too. All the carers were kind, cheerful, attentive and respectful. They also communicated well with the family and other professionals.

Excellent service from all carers. We feel they shouldn't have to clock in and out as they are all very trustworthy. The carers are always very smart and care about their patients and work.,÷ 70 etc.

PHH helped us through the last weeks of my husband's life. Both day and night staff were kind in their dealings with him and skilled in their handling of his complex needs. I would recommend the company to others.

I have been very pleased with the service provided. All the staff have been well trained and carry out their duties efficiently while always friendly and sociable, generating a very pleasant atmosphere. They have always managed to stick to the agreed time slots, making planning of our days much

I wish thank all members of the Providence Helping Hands team for their excellent, attentive and sensitive care to my husband on the three visits a day that they came to our home after our contract began on 5th June. It was always a pleasure to have the carers in our home and made such a difference
to us both to know that he was in good hands during this final, most difficult phase of his life.

My mother was treated with the greatest care and respect from all carers and staff. They made her very comfortable in the end weeks of her life and always treated her with dignity. I often could hear laughter whilst they were caring for her which meant the world to her as she had a great sense of
humour. She and I were very grateful to them all for the kindness and care during very difficult time.

They provide everything I need. They fit in with our life very well and provide a good service. They are always friendly and adaptable to our needs. They are always cheerful and happy and make us feel good.

I really can't praise Providence Helping Hands too highly, everyone from the care manager to all the lovely carers has been so professional, courteous, caring and just good to have help for my very poorly husband. As a former medic who treated his patients with total care, I'm so impressed to have
him treated the same way at a time when it's so badly needed. It's a joy to hear his laughter with his carers when having his daily wash and dressing. Thank you so much.

I have been using Providence Helping Hands to care for my mother with mixed Dementia since April 2023 to date. They are consummate professionals, trained to high standards and completely reliable! I found them to be flexible and available to cover my specific needs at a very affordable rate.
