View Full Details of Connect 2 Flexicare LtdThe staff are really nice, they try their best to support me. They treat me with respect and my dignity is one of their top priorities. Staff are always punctual and if problems arise they cover until the staff member arrives. The new management team are enthusiastic, but still honing their skills, which can be a little frustrating. However when problems arise they are generally addressed quickly. The experienced staff members on my team understand my complex needs and also support new staff to learn the ropes. As I don't pay for my care I am unable to comment on value for money.
I am incredibly pleased with the care service provided by my daughter's care provider - consistently delivered exceptional levels of comfort, safety, and security for both my daughter, and myself. The carers have gone above and beyond to nurture a strong and trusting relationship with her demonstrating patience and a deep understanding of her individual needs. The staff at the office have been extremely attentive and responsive, always ensuring that my requests are promptly addressed. While my overall satisfaction with the care provided remains high, there are a few areas that could be improved upon. I have occasionally encountered last-minute changes to the schedule, which can be unsettling. One aspect that could be improved is the punctuality of some carers. While most are prompt, some have not. It would be greatly beneficial if carers could aim to arrive at least 10 minutes before their shift, particularly during the night, to ensure her medications are administered on time.
I am a complex care patient and have been supported by Connect 2 Flexicare for the past three months and have been very satisfied with their service. Particularly when compared to my previous agencies who were not capable of supporting me consistently. They have supplied a mixture of extremely well trained and experienced staff with more junior carers who are still learning. This mixture has worked well as long as junior staff work alongside very experienced members of the team. They have a process focus which is reflected by emails related to staff departure/arrival and regular follow-up requests on how they did. I require a number of drivers on my team as I have a wheelchair accessible vehicle. Connect 2 Flexicare have supported this need. So far I am very happy.
Very good at matching care staff with client's personalities and requirements eg. Good with dogs, likes long country walks, travel etc. Nurses have great attitudes and are willing to learn and develop skills and personal preferences for interventions. Great care coordinator and care planning is personalised.
Generally, we are happy with the staff providing care for our son. Sometimes I feel the blend and pairing of staff on shifts is not right and have highlighted this. I find it quite a slow drawn-out process to make contact with the office to discuss these sorts of things and any changes required to our rota.
The majority of carers we had so far are excellent. Always on time and at work. It will be beneficial if staff can be kept on the same rota and with the same staff as far as possible. Better communication between staff and management.
We have had Connect 2 Flexicare look after my mother for a few years now and we have not had anything but a very good experience. A real interest in meeting the needs of mum, they are suitably and carefully selected staff with the right skills and training and empathy for mum's care. They have kept to their word in keeping the same staff for consistency and have always been helpful, we have not had any problems. They even have their managers work closely with the staff on shifts to have a better understanding of the care needs which gives a lot of confidence in the service.
We have had Connect 2 Flexicare looking after Mum for several years now and we couldn’t be happier with there care and service they have provided for my mum, they have been very professional kind loving towards my mum and I have always had a very good relationship with the care team I couldn’t have asked for a better team of carers I would highly recommend them.
Connect 2 Flexicare provided care to my wife for 5 years until she passed away in early November 2021. Initially, we were a fee-paying client and later in her care, my wife was under a different provider. When this change happened I requested that we continue with Flexicare because their care was so good. My wife thought of the carers as friends, she would always break into a smile when the carers came. Obviously, over such a long period there were minor problems, such as carers having to cancel, or would be late, at the last moment because of transport problems, but the management of Flexicare sorted the problem each time to our satisfaction. They also checked on me after my wife passed away which was nice.
My Dad's homecare started in January 2021. Throughout that time, like the care my Mum has also received from November 2017 from Connect 2 Flexicare, the hands-on carers have been so kind, caring, efficient and considerate in the extreme; they are truly exemplary! A Five Star rating doesn't even begin to reflect the quality of the service they provide. However, the most times unhelpful, inconsiderate and dissembling management, is the complete opposite of the loving care my parents have constantly received from the wonderful hands-on carers. The accounts department is even more shambolic!

We have a set team so no newcomers and goers. The staff at the offices are always helpful and always find a resolution to any arising problems we might have had. Yes, I've bashed heads when I've become frustrated with a problem but there has always been a resolution. I have no complaints only praise for the care of my mum, 5 stars and 5 stars for understanding me and to the member of staff who always responds to my calls. Great team, thank you.
