Very reliable with warm and friendly companions. Even though my husband is reluctant to accept that it is good for him to have companionship while I have a break he is perfectly happy while they are here.

I have been receiving care for 4 years now from other local care companies and have recently joined Kings Care. The level of care I have received in the last few weeks is the best I have ever had and the genuine family feeling I get from the all the staff proves to me that,unlike other companies, the health & wellbeing of the clients is the number one priority. In the last month I am feeling both physically and mentally better than I have for a long time. Nothing is too much trouble I don't have the feeling of a client/agency relationship but one of a fantastic team of people helping and enabling me to live my best life. Thank you Kings Care at Home.

I find all the staff to be trustworthy. They are always pleasant, smiley and cheerful. I feel they give me time and not rushed. They give me time to answer questions. Thank youOut of Top 30 (Position) - TTC assister to auth left VM to c/b/no answer, no VM so + sent Verification email to assister - all looks ok so set to PP.

I am very reassured that each visit my mum is being cared for with dignity and respect. I know I will be contacted with any concerns. I have noticed a positive difference in my mum since the team at Kings Care At Home started visiting. My mum's wish is to be able to stay in her own home and the team are helping this to happen. Thank you to all the staff.

Kingscare at home provide excellent care tailored to my father's individual needs. Their approach to and delivery of his care is very caring and professional. My father feels well looked after and as a family we agree with this. It means the world that he is happy.

Am able to say that the girls at kings care are brilliant, each and everyone of them. They look after mum really well. They are respectful, professional and spend their time making sure she has her needs met. If there are any issues they inform me immediately. I highly recommend them.

It has been better than winning the lottery since discovering Kings Care At Home. My precious daughter is 66, she has a congenital Severe Learning Disability with multiple health issues. Without exception, from management to carers this service has been, for us, litterally, life changing. Their approach is holistic. Their understanding of OUR needs is, I find, almost unique in this field. They CARE ABOUT and cater FOR my daughter's physical, emotinal and mental wellbeing. Which, in turn, reflects positively on MY physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Their approach is both professional and friendly. We now experience a level of confidence, support, contentment and trust previously beyond our expectations. I could not ask for more, not even from family.

Kings Care at Home supported my parents for almost a year. I can not thank them enough for their amazing, compassionate care during a very difficult time for us all. They dealt with everything in a sensitive and caring way that made it easier for us as a family. The manager and her team went over and above to support my parents and ensure that every need they had was met with kindness and love. They cared for them as if they were family! We can not thank them all enough.
