Our overall experience with the carers is excellent. They are respectful, polite, helpful and caring. No issues whatsoever. The fact that they come on time and at a time that suits the family is great. The only issue I'm having this month is to arrange for extra cover for 2 evening visits next
month. Evidently, we need to be allocated a social worker which I don't understand. Hopefully, it will be sorted. Otherwise, everything is excellent. Thank you for all your help and support.

Very good service with very good carers. They usually turn up on time or ring me if different. They generally listen to what I say but occasionally think they know better! They don't like using the crust of the sliced bread I use but I have persuaded them otherwise. If an item is running out
sometimes they do not tell me.
