Sylvian provides twice daily carers for my elderly mother, who is living with a degenerative condition. The carers are reliable, kind and helpful. Jason manages it all incredibly efficiently and is extremely responsive, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend.

We have been using Sylvian carers for over a year to help with mum, who has Alzheimer's and very little mobility. They come twice a day usually, or more when I'm not able to be here. The carers have always looked after her well and taken careful notice of mums changing health. Mum gets on with them
well.

Following my step father's discharge from hospital after a stroke the carers have been brilliant from this company- they help him with daily tasks and make sure he takes medication. They are kind, caring, and compassionate. The company are easy to contact and respond very quickly to new requests or
changes to scheduling. Not only has this helped my step dad adjust to his new way of life, but also the company gives us incredible peace of mind for the days we cannot check in or be with him.

The support provided by Jason, the management team and the front line staff, is exemplary.
Commencing a care package was a daunting experience however, thanks to the assurance, flexibility and empathy, clearly demonstrated by the Sylvian team has enabled a system to be implemented effectively,
allaying fears.
Now within our 3 month period, the relationship with Sylvian is exceptional, building on trust and reliance, whilst implementing changes and improvements, based on their vast experience has helped maintain a top quality care provision to my parents.
On behalf of our family, I can't thank Jason and his team enough for their genuine enthusiasm, professionalism, friendship and willingness to help at all times.

Over the past year Sylvian Care supplied care for both my Aunt and my Gran, who had differing and complex needs. They were able to have support in place very quickly when my family's needs changed, and were extremely communicative, flexible and professional. I was very impressed with all aspects of
their service, from how well they were able to organise and manage care to support my family's needs to how well trained and supportive staff were. Everyone was very kind and dedicated, and treated my family with kindness and respect whilst supporting their needs at a difficult time. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to support their loved ones

Over a six-month period, we have utilised the services of Sylvian Care for both my mother-in-law and sister-in-law. Due to mobility, age, and cognitive decline, multiple daily visits were necessary to provide appropriate care. The care providers and management have consistently demonstrated
exceptional professionalism, promptly responding to changing needs, providing regular feedback and summaries, and offering compassionate staff who provided the necessary support during these challenging times. I would unequivocally recommend Sylvian Care to others.

Care workers are skillful and friendly. One of the staff even cut short my mum's hair nicely, saving us to arrange a visit from a hairdresser.
Initially reluctant to have home care, my mum now looks forward to her weekly wash.
Their manager is also recommendable, efficient, professional and
flexible.

Very easy to contact the manager and he is flexible with last-minute changes due to service users health needs.
The care worker is sweet and chatty to the service user and always punctual.

My mother had received appalling care after a 6 week stay in hospital. On top of the physical deterioration she is also in the grip of dementia.& I have watched my mother's cognitive function slowly decline. I rang & spoke, initially, to the manager of Sylvian care, the manager who made me feel at
ease. So impressed with him was I, that I made an instant decision to go with Sylvian care. I have found all of the carers to be lovely, warm, personable & friendly. I am very happy to have chosen Sylvia. Care to support me in looking after my mother throughout, what has been a deeply distressing time for me.

Sylvian has previously supported my sister with hospital visits and since a sudden change in her circumstances were very quick to provide seamless transition into home care for her. Continuing with established and trusting relationships, they have enabled my sister to feel supported and independent
at home, whilst also feeling nurtured and understood. The companionship has also been a crucial part of the care routine. The care assistants are kind, professional and always respectful. The manager is very easy to talk to and always has the best interests of clients in mind. Thank you!

The manager is a good manager, professional and courteous. My mother feels comfortable with the ladies who come to support her, and they are prompt and reliable. This has enabled my parents to stay in their home.

My aunt is extremely happy with the care she is receiving. Staff are always on time, reliable and patient. They are caring and help Aunty as much or as little as she prefers and in her time. Because of this, she seems to have regained some of her independence. I usually visit three to four times
each week and can see that she is comfortable with the carers. They have a good rapport with Aunty but are also very caring and professional. The manager is always helpful and efficient in responding to queries, and he regularly calls in or speaks with Aunty to make sure she’s satisfied or if she needs anything, which is very reassuring for us as a family. This is a well-run service with caring and competent management and staff.

Sylvian Care Kingston is a highly professional and caring company. The service they provide is first class and all the care staff are amazing. They have been providing excellent care to my mother. The staff are very compassionate, empathetic, attentive, and respectful. The management is very
effective in taking note of any requests or suggestions we have and provides a fast response and solution. We are delighted and extremely satisfied with the service. I would highly recommend the company to anyone.
