Bestfield Care Ltd management has been very supportive when it comes to my physical health/mental health. They have been very good at communicating with me as a priority and have my best interests in all that they do. Staff are hands on when it comes to duties and are proactive. However, when it
comes to communication with other members of staff, needs a bit more work as well as more knowledge within job role. From the staff of the process until now, Bestfield has been very patient and understanding with my circumstances and are going at my own pace without any pressure. My overall experience has been steady and has made me feel safe. Highly recommend this service.
