When I first contacted Frank House Care Services (FHCS) the reply to my query was with a telephone call. Within a week or so we had an assessment for our son. He was really friendly, professional and knowledgeable being able to answer our questions without hesitation. We wanted support for our son
to be flexible and be available both outside and in our home. Together we agreed mutual outings accessing activities our son is interested in. FHCS have delivered excellent support for our son and we would not expect anything less. The staff who take our son out have been punctual, friendly, and professional and have made the outings fun. We have felt at ease with the staff who have made us feel comfortable and are happy to chat about the outings when they return home. We look forward to how our relationship with (FHCS) develops and feel reassured that they will support us into adulthood with their expertise and experience. The main thing is our son is happy. Highly recommended.
