The manager was really lovely! She took down detailed information about my elderly father, asking lots of health questions and even asking about his interests so they could chat to him. This was really reassuring. When I was away on holiday I had regular phone calls with Dad and he was really
pleased with everything the manager and her lovely colleage had done for him. He said that they did far more than the agreed tasks, and stayed longer too. They did extra washing and cleaning. And after chatting to him, they even cut the unruly bushes to make entry easier to the front door! Dad was so pleased with them that he suggested we pay more than the agreed sum for their services. So we did! I would 100% recommend Peaceable Care and I would definitely use them again. Thank you so much to Peaceable Care!
