I don't have enough words to describe how wonderful your team were with my husband. They were all so caring to him they give him the love as if he was their own, it always put a smile on his face when they came in and I know he always make them smile by the time they left. Sadly he passed away on the 8th May. But I will never forget what a pleasure it was to call them family.

Nothing too much trouble for carers to do things for you. Management also very helpful.

The carers call 4 times a day to help mam with her every day living after she fell twice in the space of 6 weeks and broke both hips. They are helpful and polite and nothing is to much trouble. After a bad experience with another care company, the staff at Brisca are a breath of fresh air

The carer sits with the client and makes him a drink and empties the urine bottle that's it really. She doesn't take his cup out and she sometimes goes to sleep and has her feet on the sofa when I walk in. She has no manners she goes to our toilet without asking.

I am pleased to say we have found no problems with this team of dedicated carers. We have found all of Brisca Healthcare to be thoughtful, kind and conscientious. Every one of them carries out their duties efficiently while still being caring and friendly.

Mam has Alzheimers and Vascular dementia and often has challenging behaviour. When her original care company could no longer provide the time and care to meet her needs we were very pleased that Brisca could step in. All the carers have dealt with mam exactly as we asked.They are compassionate and friendly and do a great job. They spend the time needed to ensure she is clean and well nourished. Communication with the administration team is excellent , any tiny teething problems have been promptly sorted out. Any requests have been agreed without problem. Over all Brisca has give my sister and I peace of mind that mam is safe in her own home.

Brisca care started to visit my mother in March 2025 , they offer 30mins care each morning distributing medication, my mother enjoys there service and jolly personality's , we as a family have found all of the staff helpful and efficient and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a helping hand . My mother has never had any help and was very sceptical when we suggested it , but she is very happy and looks forward to her chats with the carers when they visit .

I have been with Brisca health care for over a year now having come from another care provider where the quality of care was very inconsistent. There is a sharp contrast in the care I receive from Brisca which is consistently of a high standard. They Provide me with personal care as well as help with household tasks and these are carried out very throughly. The carers are patient and very pleasant ,professional and turn up on time. The standards are maintained throughout the orgainsation with office staff being efficient pleasant to talk to and amenable when making any changes to times.I have always managed to contact someone in the organisation. I am very pleased with my care.

Overall experience with Brisca Healthcare has been very good. Staff have been excellent, my wife was treated with dignity, also clean and changed to a good standard. I am very happy with the service we have received.

Great company. My grandson is autistic and the carers are fantastic with him. Very patient and kind. Any queries are answered immediately. Pleasure working with them. My grandson is happy and always comes home in such a good mood.

We have been using Brisca Healthcare since July 2024 for school holiday short breaks for our son. They completed a home visit prior to him starting where she met our son and listened intently to his support needs where she developed a person-centred plan so she could ensure his needs were met. We are so pleased with the support our son receives, he gets excited when he sees he is going out with his support worker and they always provide him with activities he enjoys and follow his support plan.

Brisca Healthcare Durham have provided respite for my disabled daughter during school holidays since Easter 2024. As a single father this has been a huge help and I can't praise Brisca and their staff enough. They have gone above and beyond expectations ensuring my daughter is cared for to the highest of standards.

My father-in-law always looks forward to his companionship walks, twice a week, with the staff from Brisca Healthcare Durham. He is in a wheelchair so struggles to get out of the house. The staff who attend are always very friendly and reassuring and attend to all his needs during his walks. The admin staff and the management team are also very professional and nothing is ever too much trouble. I would highly recommend Brisca Healthcare Durham.

The carers that attend my home to care for my son are very respectful and caring and always happy and a delight to have in my home and me and my son enjoy seeing them on a daily basis and all of them have a really good rapport with my son.

Brisca Healthcare has been caring for Mam for over a year now. She has complex needs and requires two carers at each visit. She has had continuity of care from day one. All of the carers treat Mam with the utmost respect and have a really good rapport with her, always professional, friendly, polite and importantly, make her feel safe. As family, we are so grateful for the attention to detail in their care of her. They inform me immediately of any concerns, no matter how small, and in doing so, have been instrumental in picking up on infections at an early stage. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Brisca Healthcare and its staff were incredibly helpful and supportive with our autistic son and definitely recommend them to anyone who would benefit from them. Our autistic son liked the carers initially, which was great.

Words cannot express how grateful I and my family are to Brisca Healthcare for the absolutely wonderful care you all provided for my husband during his final weeks. Not only did the whole team provide the highest level and quality of care, but they did so with compassion, empathy and understanding. In addition, they also gave moral support to our close family in what was a very challenging time and went above and beyond the level of support we expected to receive. Brisca Healthcare you all do an amazing job - we couldn't have managed without you. With our sincere thanks.
