I would like to thank the full team at Brisca for their help and support with my mams caring recently. Since they started to assist they have been courteous and couldn't be any more helpful. The full team are absolutely fantastic and that includes the office staff that sometimes people forget about. I get calls regularly if anything needs ordering from the doctors etc. my parents love to see the carers each day as they are great at helping. Thank you for your support.

The last couple of weeks of mams life were particulary hard for mam and for us and to see the respect, warmth and tenderness the care team gave touched our hearts and gave us comfort.

I find all the ladies very prompt, and arrive keen to get on with the job. They have been well briefed as to my personal needs, and they are always looking how to aid my health & well being. They are alway cheerful and have been a massive help.

Although the support provided was only for a short period, it was invaluable to us, in being comforted that my husband was looked after in a caring and compassionate manner and his hygiene needs taken care of. All the carers that attended were lovely, kind and friendly and I can't thank them enough for their support.

Happy with all aspects of care. All communication was very good. The carers attended twice a day and everyone was friendly and chatty. Overall experience with Brisca Healthcare has been very good.

We've had a really positive experience with Brisca Durham. It's the first time we have used a home care service and the set up has been faultless. Great communication, quick to respond to queries and very reliable.

I don't have enough words to describe how wonderful your team were with my husband. They were all so caring to him they give him the love as if he was their own, it always put a smile on his face when they came in and I know he always make them smile by the time they left. Sadly he passed away on the 8th May. But I will never forget what a pleasure it was to call them family.

Nothing too much trouble for carers to do things for you. Management also very helpful.

The carer sits with the client and makes him a drink and empties the urine bottle that's it really. She doesn't take his cup out and she sometimes goes to sleep and has her feet on the sofa when I walk in. She has no manners she goes to our toilet without asking.

I am pleased to say we have found no problems with this team of dedicated carers. We have found all of Brisca Healthcare to be thoughtful, kind and conscientious. Every one of them carries out their duties efficiently while still being caring and friendly.

I think you or a good team to work with and I would let everyone know about you. Your team are always on time if not you always phone to let us know. You are friendly and that is what I like about you.

Over all Brisca has give my sister and I peace of mind that mam is safe in her own home.

My mother has never had any help and was very sceptical when we suggested it , but she is very happy and looks forward to her chats with the carers when they visit .

I have been with Brisca health care for over a year now having come from another care provider where the quality of care was very inconsistent. There is a sharp contrast in the care I receive from Brisca which is consistently of a high standard. They Provide me with personal care as well as help with household tasks and these are carried out very throughly. The carers are patient and very pleasant ,professional and turn up on time. The standards are maintained throughout the orgainsation with office staff being efficient pleasant to talk to and amenable when making any changes to times.I have always managed to contact someone in the organisation. I am very pleased with my care.

Overall experience with Brisca Healthcare has been very good. Staff have been excellent, my wife was treated with dignity, also clean and changed to a good standard. I am very happy with the service we have received.

Any queries are answered immediately. Pleasure working with them. My grandson is happy and always comes home in such a good mood.
