My care arrangement continues to proceed in a very satisfactory manner. Any minor changes in routine, to accommodate improvements to domestic arrangements etc, have been dealt with without fuss. My carers come from a regular team who are now fully aware of the routines. There is an excellent system
and advice in place via mobile phone which ensures that carers know what to expect on each visit. As stated above I am very pleased with the situation.

It has been 5 months since I am receiving care from BritzHealth caregivers and I am pleased with the service provided. The carers are very punctual very polite and pat attention to detail when carrying out tasks. They always seek my approval before attempting to do any tasks and ensured that I am
satisfied with the quality of care.
Their communication skills are good. I can converse with any carer on a platonic level.

BritzHealth Care took over the care of my daughter last August after she had a stroke, she is also an above-the-knee amputee, with other problems. They are a new care company. I was a little fearful that they would not cope with her but after a few months, I realised that they are doing a very
professional job with her care and support. I started to see a vast improvement in her well-being. She started to shine and smile a lot more - everything is not perfect but it's better than it's been for a while. Well done BritzHealth Care, keep it up.
