We have been with Alcedo Care for over six months and the care has been a great help in getting my husband up in the mornings, showered, shaved, and having breakfast! He responds very well to their care and gets up at once (he doesn't when I do it!). Carers are always very friendly and polite, and I
know my husband responds to them well. Thank you!

Since taking over my grandad's care in November, I have been extremely satisfied with the level of care. Staff are professional and care with dignity and high standards. The compliance towards medication management is excellent.

It's so lovely seeing Benjamin sing and dancing with the carers. He looks forward to seeing them. I have peace of mind knowing my son is safe, happy and having fun with them.

My daughter's carers have got to know her well and respond to her needs, she seems happy to go out with them and when she returns.

The lady has been to me on four occasions regarding my procedure. She is a lovely caring young woman who understands the importance of keeping my dignity intact. She's very thoughtful and always smilng and proactive, I look forward to her visits. I have no complaints at all she follows all the
infection control and does what is needed. I'm hopeful she'll be with me for some time.

My son spends quality time with his two carers. They see to his wants and needs. The carers interact with him as much as they can. He enjoys trips out in the community several times a week. I feel that the service the carers provide is right for my son.

Alcedo Care has been great for our family. Gave us freedom to do things together.
He looks forward to the calls and enjoys the freedom from his parents. The staff are always on time for us, know us well and let us know in advance of anything, they are always good. Always understanding.

I'm happy with the care we are given and the help I'm getting has given me more time, I struggled before Alcedo joined us. She has connected will with the carers.

I feel that the carers have managed well and tailored the support to his needs. Carers take on board suggestions and show they are supportive and caring and take into account his needs. I am happy with the service that is being provided.

So far our experience with Alcedo Care has been fantastic. They have shown great interest and have been keen to learn how to communicate via a communication board with my dad. Everyone we have met so far has been lovely and has gone above and beyond for our dad. Today is the happiest I have seen him
for years and it is down to Alcedo Care.

I have met every carer who comes to look after my Mum and have to say every single one has treated Mum with the utmost respect and professionalism. They are friendly and kind, they perform their tasks with a cheerful attitude and can't do enough for Mum. I would have no qualms about recommending
Alcedo to anyone.
