We were sorry to lose one of the two carers, however, the replacement seems to fit in nicely with the family. We have been extremely pleased with the way the carers have looked after my sister and fitted in with the family.

My mums care providers Ellie Sunrise Health care are outstanding. The have been amazing during the treacherous snow and ice this week, making sure my mum is well looked after. They also took her to a hospital appointment that was very challenging in very bad weather. They were due to be there
approximately 2/3 hours and ended up being nearly 6! Reassuring mum the whole time. I can't thank them enough. A well run caring organisation.
