We interviewed a number of different agencies, a member of staff at Premium (based in Leatherhead) was helpful and knowledgeable about senior patients with dementia. We decided we wanted 6 hours per day care for my mother in two 3 hour blocks. We asked our shortlist of 3 care agencies for their
vision on this. Premium came back with one carer (who is lovely) as the main carer with two backups for her days off/holidays. This is working out very well for Mum. This was the basis of our choice but the added bonus was that they were not the most expensive. I would definitely recommend their services.
