This organisation is wonderful.
The night sitters were very kind towards my father and it gave me huge relief to know that my father was not alone because of those nightly visits. Eventually passing away peacefully whilst a night sitter was present.

The staff were very kind and helpful in helping my Dad to get back on his feet after being discharged from hospital. They responded in a professional manner as Dad's needs improved and changed. We have been very pleased with this supportive care. Thank you!

Your staff were so kind, caring and gentle. Speaking and explaining to my aunt as they worked around her so she knew what they were doing, this caused no distress and made for a peaceful experience for her. For someone with a learning disability this is crucial. Thankyou

Two of your team looked after my sister when she came home on palliative care. Both were amazing, considerate, respectful, professional and so caring. They lightened her day and ours with their presence and professional help and support. Both clearly cared about how their work impacted on patients.
Both were outstanding, lovely and professional people. Their presentation was good as well.

My husband was receiving end of life care. I found the carers smartly dressed, very efficient and caring. They made my husband feel special and they always treated with dignity. Also treated him with respect and always willing to answer my questions. Would really recommend.

Very satisfied with the quality of care. Carer is very supportive, professional but with a friendly approach. Arrives within the requested time slot. Reliable.

Our Aunt returned from hospital in mid 2024.
The care team took on her care, including very diplomatic ways of dealing with Aunty due to her decline in capacity. Throughout the last few months the team have been great.
Contacting us and Aunty's brother with updates and any questions. We've worked
together to provide the best possible at home care. Special mention goes to one member of staff in particular who Aunty has a really good rapport with, he was gentle, kind and very understanding.

Since September 2024 this fantastic company of well selected carers have looked after my dear father with 1st class care throughout. I can highly recommend this company in this field.
Keep up the good work team.
They all go above and beyond their normal duty of care.
