Rooted Home Care is absolutely the BEST care providers I have ever encountered with! Rooted Home Care Agency were responsible for the care of my mother when she was discharged home after a horrible 10 months stay in hospital & Rooted Home Care looked after my mother amazingly, always made sure
she was top notch at all times & always was respectful & loving towards her & they were extremely supportive to not only my mother but me & my younger sister too. Sadly our mother passed away in August 2025 and even after then Rooted Home Care was and IS still supportive towards us. I will always be grateful to the whole team for the love, care & support they showed to me & my sister but especially my mother, they truly made her last few months peaceful for her. So 10000/10 stars to them & if you want a good care team to take care of you or your loved one Rooted Home Care are perfect for the job!

Alex and his team have treated Mum with great respect and tried to cater for her very specific needs in her time of trouble. They have been very supportive and always keen to help in whichever way they can. We have been using Rooted for the past 11 months. They understand that careering for someone
is not about turning up an clocking in but actually careering for the person - so crucial and takes away part of the stress of looking after anyone who cant help themself.

Amazing support for my elderly Dad, which gives me and my siblings complete peace of mind that Dad is in good hands. "Rooted" goes above and beyond to ensure that Dad is safe and well in his home, and even books and take him to medical/dental appointments. The care and concern for Dad is evident,
and Dad considers his regular carers from "Rooted" as friends. Thank you, Alex and team

My experience with Rooted Care Company from the beginning has been positive. The staff have all been very polite, professional, and caring. There is no task too big or small that they are willing to undertake. Our lives have been made more manageable and less stressful since Rooted Care Agency
started caring for my mum.

We have been using Rooted Homecare for the past 1 ½ to be able to effectively help and take care of my grandfather now that he has become less mobile and more frail. I would like to pass my gratitude to all of the team at Rooted Care for the impeccable care and attention that they give my
grandfather every single day! They are extremely trustworthy and have certainly helped my grandfather live a more stable quality of life for the past 18 months and has certainly alleviated stress and workload on the immediate family. Their care and efforts is something that we appreciate and the care is something that we simply could not give my grandfather without the support of Rooted Homecare. Therefore in summary we are truly grateful for all of the support.

We are so lucky to have found Rooted Homecare to support our dad. They provide truely individualised care to dad meeting his every needs, whether it's going for a walk or a drive, taking him shopping or to medical appointments and advising when additional medical care is needed.
The care is always
provided with the utmost respect for dad and often with a lot of humour as well. Dad is very happy with the support he gets - we carn't recommend them highly enough.
