We are delighted with CareStaff Ltd and are fortunate to have them care for mum. From the office staff to the caring staff - they are 5*. Would highly recommend.

Care staff Ltd has provided carers to allow my mum and I to attend a family wedding over the weekend. It has been great being able to enjoy ourselves knowing my dad has been cared for safely. We opted for care at home so he could stay in familiar surroundings. 24 hr care was provided over 3 days. We had the same 2 people cover the 3 days so my dad had a familiar face. They interacted with him , ensured he had plenty to eat and drink and that he moved around the house safely. My dad said both were friendly and took care of him. This has been an easy process for us although we are new to care support. I would like thank the team for taking care of our loved one.

The carers for my husband are all so kind and respectful. So much laughter, so nice to see my husband so happy and singing in the bathroom!!

Overall, care is very good. Carers are very helpful and professional. Very friendly and caring. It's very reassuring that the carers are very confident to contact the relevant services in an emergency and contact us if there are any issues.
