Care staff Ltd has provided carers to allow my mum and I to attend a family wedding over the weekend. It has been great being able to enjoy ourselves knowing my dad has been cared for safely. We opted for care at home so he could stay in familiar surroundings. 24 hr care was provided over 3 days.
We had the same 2 people cover the 3 days so my dad had a familiar face. They interacted with him , ensured he had plenty to eat and drink and that he moved around the house safely. My dad said both were friendly and took care of him.
This has been an easy process for us although we are new to care support.
I would like thank the team for taking care of our loved one.

I cannot praise the professionalism of all the staff who have come to help care for my mum. Very friendly, efficient and nothing is ever an issue. Communication with the management is always professional and polite. My mum looks forward to their visits. We have had bad experiences in the past, and I'm
