Have had very good care from all the carers and have had no problems what so ever. Would think if there was it is very easy to get in touch with head office.

I receive support from CareStaff at Home. I have two visits a day, morning and night and am very pleased with my care. The girls and sometimes men are very good to me and cook clean and really would do anything for me and I would be lost without them.

Overall Experience
Care staff Ltd has provided carers to allow my mum and I to attend a family wedding over the weekend. It has been great being able to enjoy ourselves knowing my dad has been cared for safely. We opted for care at home so he could stay in familiar surroundings. 24 hr care was provided over 3 days. We had the same 2 people cover the 3 days so my dad had a familiar face. They interacted with him , ensured he had plenty to eat and drink and that he moved around the house safely. My dad said both were friendly and took care of him.
This has been an easy process for us although we are new to care support.

I would like thank the team for taking care of our loved one.
