I am glad to have this opportunity to express my gratitude to Carenova for their support during the final year of my father's life. We were determined to help my father continue to live at home after a sudden decline in his health but it soon became clear that family support alone wasn't going to be
enough. It was such a difficult time, and because my father lived in rural mid-Devon other home care providers would usually say 'sorry, we can't help'. Carenova, by contrast, were positive from the moment I first contacted them. The live-in and other carers they provided were kind, experienced and reliable. They allowed him to maintain his dignity and his personal care needs were met in every respect. The manager never failed to get back to me quickly and was always helpful. In the last few months of my father's life I had to ask for additional help, often at very short notice. I would have understood if this wasn't always possible but they never failed us.

We would like to recommend Carenova who came to our rescue at very short notice when we urgently needed help. The manager was so responsive and helpful, and the carers were excellent, one in particular really won our mother's trust, and enabled her to stay in her own home a little longer. Thank you.

What can one say about first-class care and interesting to chat and ask questions about the girls and their families.
They will do anything you ask of them, and a staff member always phones to check you are happy with the service well done girls keep it up thanks.

My mother had a stroke at the beginning of March 2024 and needed extra care to be able to stay at home. Carenova were able to source the right carers for her and ensure her safety and comfort in her own home, meeting all her needs. Carenova have been flexible and helpful in their service provision,
and we are very happy with the job done so far.

Very competent in all aspects of care management.
Responsive. Easy to contact. Always prepared to help. Also, they are very informative.

Okay, I think the carers are so lovely. They make me happy because they are looking after my wife. Carenova has a great team of carers and always makes sure we are well by phoning us outside the visiting hours. The manager is supportive and caring.

I rate Carenova as the best agency in the whole world their staff is phenomenal in words that I can't describe. I highly recommend them. They are different from other agencies because they are kind and calming and their staff always listening and I cherish them to bits.

On the whole, our experience has been very positive. The cares have been most helpful and treat my husband with the utmost kindness and dignity and are always very kind and polite to myself.
