I had no previous experience as I did not really know what to expect but I have found my dealings with both company management and staff very friendly and approachable and efficient. The management keeps in touch to see that I am satisfied and the staff are hardworking, gentle and considerate of
the needs of the user, going out of their way to accommodate individual needs. At first, I was nervous about having a stranger in my home but I had no need to worry. I am a satisfied client.
