Would recommend this service, always very helpful. Response to phonecalls and emails is always prompt and courteous. Feedback is well recieved and acted upon, although little to complain about. Always help out last minute. Staff are polite and gentle and treat people with dignity.

OceanCare Services Ltd have been an absolute blessing for my family. They provided excellent care for my dad, sending carers who were not only professional and reliable but also genuinely kind and compassionate. From the very start, communication with the company was smooth and reassuring, and they
