It can be a bit of a gamble choosing care for loved ones. Optima blew away any concerns. Great service with being able to accommodate changes and provide care at short notice. Staff professional and helpful often going above and beyond with care and household chores.
They have a helpful website to
track care visit progress further put any concerns to rest.
All in all an exceptional service and highly recommended. Thank you!

I cannot recommend Optima more highly. They were all fabulous and 110% reliable, kind and supportive when looking after my mother. Nothing was too much trouble and Manfred and his team always available to call. The staff kept my mother calm and made sure all pills taken and a tasty breakfast cooked.
I trusted Optima completely to care for my Mother and am very, very grateful to them.

I strongly recommend Optima Staffing. Optima Staffing have provided excellent care to my parents. The staff are kind, respectful, and attentive. Optima provides regular updates and highlights areas of concern, which is a huge reassurance that problems are being noticed and acted on. The team does an
excellent job addressing issues and making my parents feel comfortable and cared for.

Optima are exceptional in every way. The manager listens and acts on
any suggestion. He and his staff are delightful, courteous, resourceful
and imaginative in dealing with advanced dementia, a very difficult and
sad condition. They show my husband compassion, kindness and
respect in spite of
his severely reduced cognition. They raise him
up to the man he was for so many years, ignoring the dementia surface.
As a result he has responded well and is less anxious. He sleeps a little whereas
before Optima he was awake all night, pacing the floor. And when he can't sleep,
the Optima carer allows him freedom to roam whilst reassuring him at the same time.
I would not hesitate to recommend Optima to anyone at all and believe they
offer the very best in home care. The carers go that extra mile and
recognise that it is a very high calling to be a good carer.
Other care agencies do not compare and we are so grateful to have
now found them. Thank you and God Bless you Optima.

The carer was very professional and friendly and the care was a very reasonable price considering it was only for a few days. Would use again if I return to the area. The manager who organised the care through was very friendly and helpful as well.

Absolutely brilliant caring, patient & compassionate, I have struggled to find home dementia care for my mum of 80 years, I was very impressed with the manager who addressed my worries & concerns with mum, they are very flexible with mums needs including personal care each morning, One staff member
in particular is very kind & patient with mum, & although we have only used optima for a couple of weeks, I feel as though a weight has been lifted from my shoulders I would definitely recommend optima care, for all your home care & support for your loved ones you really won't find any better.

The manager and his lovely team at Optima Staffing Solutions have been wonderful from the first moment of our meeting with our mother. They moved very quickly indeed to enable care to be in place for our mother who has Dementia. They have always been kind and considerate to her and our stepfather's
needs from the first day and we are delighted to have them take care of them. They are always very quick to let us know any concerns they have and to respond to any questions we may have. We feel very happy in the knowledge that they really do care about the care they give. Our mother and stepfather seem very happy indeed with the visits to help them with the day-to-day care the need.

We have found the services provided by Optima so far as first class. My husband has been very comfortable with the staff provided so far. They were very obliging recently when we had an early health appointment and were quite happy to alter the time of their visit to accommodate this.

Efficient service and communication. High-quality personnel. The company tries to accommodate our varying needs and so far has done so. Care needs can vary so it's nice to have the flexibility and help.
