Links Healthcare started working with my 95 year old mum in November 2024. She has severe dementia and is being cared for by her husband who himself is 93 years. Although Mum has had Alzheimer's for over 10 years now, Dad has been reluctant to have help in the home. Eventually we were able to
persuade him that he needed help and he agreed to carers coming each morning to bath and dress mum. We have been delighted with the care Mum has received from Links Healthcare and we have seen the positive impact it has had for both Mum and Dad. The carer is extremely punctual each day and has established a good relationship with both parents. The manager has been excellent in introducing care staff to them in advance and continuity of carers has been maintained. We receive regular communication with the manager and information regarding visits. The staff have shown a caring and professional approach and we are very happy with the care they are providing.
