We have had an extremely positive experience with Agape Medical Health Care. From the beginning the team has been professional, responsive, and well organised. They took the time to understand my parents' individual needs, as well as their needs as a married couple, and carefully matched them with
suitable carers.
The carers have been consistently kind, patient, and respectful, with a clear focus on autonomy, dignity, and compassion. The agency is also reliable with communication, scheduling, administration, and day-to-day care. They work closely with me and involve me in decisions, ensuring my parents' needs are fully considered and that I remain informed.
If I raise a suggestion or concern the team is receptive and constructive, offering thoughtful advice and practical support. I would wholeheartedly recommend Agape Medical Health Care to anyone seeking high-quality, compassionate home care.

The whole experience with Agape was comforting and professional. I was new to needing care and they guided me me though all of the processes and help I could receive. I felt comfortable, which is hard for some like me. During the trial period I met many amazing carers and am still using 2 of these
now. The staff are professional yet so caring and out you at ease. Noting is to big to ask for, they helped me get in the right medication and have done medical visits with me. The service they offer us total value for money . I have never been let down and I always feeel special . They are prepared to look after you in any way you need. I cannot rate them more highly ,I was so lucky that I found them and I know I will be using them for years to come as my health degenerates. Communication with the managers is unbelievably easy and as someone who hates speaking to people or messaging they have been so nice that I have managed to get over my fear !
