We used Blossom Care for three months before my mum needed to move to a care home. Blossom Care made everything so easy and were so accommodating with the ever increasing hours we needed. The staff were amazing and helped my luk both physically and mentally at a time when it was a big change to her
living circumstances. The went above and beyond and were true angles every one of them. Thank you Blossom Care for all your help and love you gave my mum. Xxx

From my first phone call with Olivia, I was confident that they would care for my elderly father in a professional and compassionate manner.
This was demonstrated every step of the way.
A thoughtful initial conversation with a detailed plan of care.
Daily visits from friendly, experienced carers
who my dad described as angels.
We will definitely be using Blossom again, when next required.

Blossom Care have been amazing right from the very first phone call when I needed some advice and support. Staff are so friendly and reassuring. The home assessment was carried out really quickly and Care was put in place promptly.
All staff are fantastic and do an amazing job. I was able to go out
and completely relax knowing my mum was in the best hands.

Blossom home care provided a professional yet personal in home service
My Father was cared for as an individual , with respect and kindness
We could rest easy knowing that his needs were being met daily by helpful, compassionate staff willing to go above and beyond to support dad in staying in
his own home
They even looked after his beloved dog!
I would highly recommend Blossom Home Care to anyone who is thinking of getting extra help to stay in their own home.

Hi, My best friend is client. I wish to say blossom care is an outstanding and caring company of people. They have looked after my friend with upmost care, all her needs have been met. She is a happy to see all carers whenever they visit. She looks forward to her chat and nice meal.

This is my Mothers first care provider and we were quite apprehensive getting in some basic care for her once a day. We needn't have worried as everyone at Blossom Harlow/Epping are kind, courteous and friendly towards her. She only required someone to get her an evening meal but they are more than
happy to do other chores for her as well. She is over the moon with the care provided. We are very happy to continue to use Blossom for her daily care in the future. Many thanks to all the team
