I would like to express how happy I am with the service Caremark and the team are providing and have noticed a change in Mum, she seems happier and contented. I like that we have continuity for her and regular contact and feel that is really making a difference so a big thank you to the team. It has also made a big difference to me and the fact that I now know Mum is being so well cared for when I am not there. Thank you :)

It has been a long process to find suitable support for my mum in terms of the correct carer and the correct time, I have looked at numerous companies. I have finally found the right company for her which is Caremark, they have been so helpful and fulfil all the needs for mum and I can already see the change in her. They have really taken a lot of stress away and I could not be happier.

Trying to find companionship/support that I 100% trusted for my sibling who had been in severe mental health crisis was something I wasn't sure I would find. I am very protective! We first approached Caremark when my sibling was in paranoid psychosis - The manager reassured me with his lifetime of experience in mental health care and the questions he asked. When he came for the initial visit he was not phased at all by the strange behaviours being displayed. However, this visit was quickly followed by it becoming obvious that hospitalisation was essential - so we didn't actually use Caremark until my sibling came home from hospital (on medication and a lot less erratic.) We wanted someone to be with my sibling 3 days a week so that I could get on with my work without worrying if they were eating properly, had gone for a walk, were stimulated. The key support worker they found, was a perfect match and the comfort of knowing my sibling had company whilst I worked was priceless.

Happy with the service. The care assistants are always professional and willing to go above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone else who would like care for themselves or a relative now or in the near future.

We recently had a fantastic experience with Caremark Greenwich and I can't recommend their services enough. From the very beginning, the team demonstrated professionalism, compassion and a genuine commitment to providing excellent care. The carer assigned to us was not only highly skilled, but also warm and empathetic to my granddads health conditions.

Great service, great team. Nothing is too much for the team. Everything from the top down is professional, the managing director keeps in contact with me and updates me with all the necessary information and puts my mind at ease. Highly recommended.

The manager kept me informed and updated me with all the necessary information, this put my mind at ease knowing I was dealing with someone I could trust. Could not recommend them any more highly.
