My experience with Caremark Greenwich has been amazing, they really looked after my mum, always being patient with her and encouraging her. They always keep me updated and are very reassuring. Highly recommend!

Absolutely incredible service from the team. Sukhvir and James have worked tirelessly assisting with a very difficult situation.
Their professionalism and compassion are just so helpful and I really felt heard and listened to.

I would like to express how happy I am with the service Caremark and the team are providing and have noticed a change in Mum, she seems happier and contented. I like that we have continuity for her and regular contact and feel that is really making a difference so a big thank you to the team.

It has been a long process to find suitable support for my mum in terms of the correct carer and the correct time, I have looked at numerous companies. I have finally found the right company for her which is Caremark, they have been so helpful and fulfil all the needs for mum and I can already see
the change in her. They have really taken a lot of stress away and I could not be happier.

Trying to find companionship/support that I 100% trusted for my sibling who had been in severe mental health crisis was something I wasn't sure I would find. I am very protective!
We first approached Caremark when my sibling was in paranoid psychosis - The manager reassured me with his lifetime of
experience in mental health care and the questions he asked. When he came for the initial visit he was not phased at all by the strange behaviours being displayed. However, this visit was quickly followed by it becoming obvious that hospitalisation was essential - so we didn't actually use Caremark until my sibling came home from hospital (on medication and a lot less erratic.)
We wanted someone to be with my sibling 3 days a week so that I could get on with my work without worrying if they were eating properly, had gone for a walk, were stimulated.
The key support worker they found, was a perfect match and the comfort of knowing my sibling had company whilst I worked was priceless.
