From the on set Ollie Care response to us as a family in need of support was second to none. They understood straight away what we needed for my mother, we needed to put something in place at short notice and they were able to accommodate. The follow up check ins have been regular and they make sure they are getting it right because they care too! I can't praise them enough they have been brilliant and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to any family in need.

The carer provided was excellent. She has been accepted by my wife, and goes above and beyond the service by doing other jobs such as cleaning, walking her, etc. If we can get continuity of care this would be very satisfactory.

One of the staff has been the regular carer for my mother since she was discharged from hospital. My sister lives with my mother, and both cannot speak highly enough about the carer. They find her punctuality, attention to detail, politeness, professionalism and friendliness second to none. They both say she is a credit to your company. From my perspective, I deal directly with the manager. She has been professional, courteous and prompt to answer emails from the outset. I don't know for value for money as this is the first time we have had to have care for my mother and we have nothing to compare to, unfortunately.
