My mum started using this service in April 2026 when she reached the point when she needed some daily support due to a back injury.. She is a very independent 88 year old and was reluctant at first to use a home care system. We started with 2 visits a day but as her back injury has improved she is now down to one visit in the morning.
She is extremely happy with the service we have received from the care assistants and now does not want to go back to not using the service despite the back injury being much better.
She says the carers are all friendly and approachable and frequently go above and beyond what she would expect from them.

From my point of view the customer service has been excellent from initial contact to the first home visit to meet my mum and the daily visits they now provide. If ever I need to contact them which is very rare there is always someone knowledgeable answering the phone and dealing with my enquiry sympathetically and efficiently.

Staff are excellent and go over and above. Having the same group of carers coming in is great as my friend has got to know them as well as them get to knowing him

The staff at Olliecare provided exemplary service caring for my wife with long term disability. We could not ask for a more compassionate empathetic carer whose warm calm presence helped to start the day.

I cannot praise our carer enough or the attention and care shown to me as his wife. Always on time, although having to journey by public transport, we never feel rushed. Whilst receiving personal care dignity is always maintained. Gentle and thorough throughout her visit , anxious always to go the extra mile to relieve any pressure felt by me who is with him 24/7. From the on set Ollie Care response to us as a family in need of support was second to none. They understood straight away what we needed for my mother, we needed to put something in place at short notice and they were able to accommodate. The follow up check ins have been regular and they make sure they are getting it right because they care too! I can't praise them enough they have been brilliant and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to any family in need.

One of the staff has been the regular carer for my mother since she was discharged from hospital.
My sister lives with my mother, and both cannot speak highly enough about the carer. They find her punctuality, attention to detail, politeness, professionalism and friendliness second to none. They both say she is a credit to your company.
From my perspective, I deal directly with the manager. She has been professional, courteous and prompt to answer emails from the outset.
