The manager is an outstanding carer and we are so very grateful to have her in our lives. We were introduced as my mum's dementia was presenting itself, along with a deterioration of my father's physical health. She has taken care of both of their needs over the past year and was incredible during
and after the passing of my father. She instinctively knows what is needed at any given time, and is amazingly patient and joyful with each interaction. She has a knack for making stressful situations feel better, and, from a practical point of view, is always organised, punctual and flexible. She is thoughtful and intelligent and we wouldn't be without her - we certainly count our blessings!

The manager was excellent in her approach to caring for my sister and foster brother who both have Downs syndrome. She was extremely calm and patient and considered their individual needs. I would not hesitate to use her again.
