We simply couldn't have managed without the Taunton Alina homecare team. When times got tough, they did all that was needed and more, to make sure that our mother remained in her own home (which was always her wish). The care offered to her was exceptional; the staff were kind and considerate and did their best to meet the needs of our mother, as well as extend a welcome hand of friendship to the family. Their responsiveness to any situation sets them apart. The team is well led by people that truly want to deliver the highest standards with a gentle touch. Thank you Alina Homecare, we are so grateful.

Anita, Maria and the wonderful team at Alina Homecare Taunton provided personalised, professional and friendly care during their time looking after my Mum. They looked after her for over 18 months in her own home, receiving four visits a day from the wonderful ladies at Alina Taunton, which allowed her to stay in the comfort of her own home for as long as possible. Finding trusted carers for your loved ones is an incredibly hard task but this team really do care about their clients and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My experience with the team was when my husband was in the last 6 months of his life and needed more care than I was physically capable of The team always gave more time and care than was strictly necessary and treated him with dignity and respect (he was in his late 80's) I also found that they were pretty prompt with their timings for their visits or if unexpectedly delayed we would get a call to let us know. they also came on a couple of occasions when he had unexpected extra needs (or I needed the extra help)

All staff are extremely helpful and friendly.They are very flexible and approachable.They support my father with great care and encourage him to be as independent as possible whilst being very friendly. He really enjoys the visits.he gets.

From the very first contact Alina has been very easy to deal with. They listen carefully and try very hard to complete all the tasks. My mother did not want carers but her view has now changed. She accepts the help she is given gratefully. Staff I have met are very professional, caring and efficient. My mother's health and quality of life have improved in the 4 months she has been receiving help from Alina.

Our experience of Alina Homecare Taunton has been entirely positive. The staff have been exceptional and we have complete confidence in the care they're providing to my husband's parents. They are kind, flexible and highly responsive. This is particularly important because we don't live locally and we sometimes need to organise extra help at very short notice. The app they provide access to is also very useful in keeping us updated on a daily basis. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alina Taunton to anyone looking for dedicated and well organised carers.

From initially setting up the care for my parents some months ago through to the continuing daily support, I have been extremely impressed by the compassion and understanding shown by the Alina Homecare team. Their flexibility and willingness to help at short notice for every aspect of my parents' needs is something I didn't expect from care providers. They have gone "above and beyond" on many occasions and the daily visits are always delivered in a calm and caring fashion. My mother has difficulty communicating and the team all take time to talk with Mum, not just doing the more practical support activities required. I live some distance away from my parents and take great comfort knowing the manager and her team are there every day, twice a day. Nothing seems too much trouble and I am so grateful for their help - thank you all so much.

Exceptionally helpful and kind, always prepared to go above and beyond and happy to be called in an emergency, including for hospital admissions. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Have spent time getting to know Mum and Dad and would trust them to look after them in any situation. They have almost become members of the extended family.

My father had a spell in hospital earlier in the year and was having a live-in carer when he first came home. He was frail and had lost his confidence. When we had to then self-fund care, it was fortunate that we found Alina homecare. We met the manager and were immediately put at ease by her. Her and her team have done wonders for my father, he is living at home by himself and has the team visit him 4 times a day. He is treated with dignity, respect and humour, (he loves a bit of friendly banter) and at 91 he is able to stay in his own home with all his things around him. Myself and my brother are so pleased we chose Alina Homecare as our father has flourished, they all treat him as an individual and take time to get to know him which clearly makes a huge difference.
