The cost of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from 30 minute visits to 24 hour Live-in Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.
Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.
We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.
We want to make arranging Home Care as simple and easy as possible. When you contact your local Team, we’ll work with you to design a customised care plan. Once you choose our service, your care plan is kept under constant review so that it continues to suit you.

Michael has been cared for in various degrees since returning from many times in hospital. He has always been happy with the care received and knew he was able to ask for any changes to his needs, the staff have always been happy and supportive to him. At this moment in time, his needs are much greater and his care has been exemplary. They show great care and kindness to him which he really appreciates

The team always gave more time and care than was strictly necessary and treated him with dignity and respect (he was in his late 80's)
I also found that they were pretty prompt with their timings for their visits or if unexpectedly delayed we would get a call to let us know. they also came on a couple of occasions when he had unexpected extra needs (or I needed the extra help)

From the very first contact Alina has been very easy to deal with. They listen carefully and try very hard to complete all the tasks. My mother did not want carers but her view has now changed. She accepts the help she is given gratefully. Staff I have met are very professional, caring and efficient. My mother's health and quality of life have improved in the 4 months she has been receiving help from Alina.

Their flexibility and willingness to help at short notice for every aspect of my parents' needs is something I didn't expect from care providers. They have gone "above and beyond" on many occasions and the daily visits are always delivered in a calm and caring fashion.
My mother has difficulty communicating and the team all take time to talk with Mum, not just doing the more practical support activities required.
I live some distance away from my parents and take great comfort knowing the manager and her team are there every day, twice a day.
Nothing seems too much trouble and I am so grateful for their help - thank you all so much.

Our experience of Alina Homecare Taunton has been entirely positive. The staff have been exceptional and we have complete confidence in the care they're providing to my husband's parents. They are kind, flexible and highly responsive. This is particularly important because we don't live locally and we sometimes need to organise extra help at very short notice. Exceptionally helpful and kind, always prepared to go above and beyond and happy to be called in an emergency, including for hospital admissions. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Have spent time getting to know Mum and Dad and would trust them to look after them in any situation. They have almost become members of the extended family.

My father had a spell in hospital earlier in the year and was having a live-in carer when he first came home. He was frail and had lost his confidence. When we had to then self-fund care, it was fortunate that we found Alina homecare. We met the manager and were immediately put at ease by her. Her and her team have done wonders for my father, he is living at home by himself and has the team visit him 4 times a day. He is treated with dignity, respect and humour, (he loves a bit of friendly banter) and at 91 he is able to stay in his own home with all his things around him. Myself and my brother are so pleased we chose Alina Homecare as our father has flourished, they all treat him as an individual and take time to get to know him which clearly makes a huge difference.
