We are really impressed with Mary who cares for Grandma and I know Gran is too. Alina are efficient and affordable! Great communication from Tayla. I would definitely recommend this company for all types of care but we use them as companion care.

It's comforting knowing that my Mum is seen daily, her medications are given and she has some personal contact as she lives alone and we live hours away. The feedback provided via the app is good to see.

The Alina Team were excellent, from initial call, the assessment which was thorough, and then the followup with details abouts mum's like, dislikes, hobbies, etc. They really want to get the person they are caring for, there is a full risk assessment, care needs and from experience a very balance approached
to the care that needed to be provided. I was impressed by their professional approach and no attempt to oversell or upsell any services.
They were there when I needed them and the carers were great, mum's comment of "they just wanted to sit and chat", did it for me.
Excellent service , carers and office team proving a full package. Thank you.

As a family we have had exemplary service from Alina . My mother suffers with Alzheimer's Disease and is still living in her family home ,on her own . My mother's needs have been accommodated 100% by Alina, especially when she was so poorly . The care is 5 star and my mums carer has been consistent,
always on time and knows my mum very well .
She is extremely caring and professional.
We obviously all want the best for our loved ones , and we feel extremely lucky to have found Alina

We were so fortunate to find Alina Homecare, who have provided invaluable care and support to my elderly mother and myself since September last year. My mum receives care from a small team of carers, continuity and familiar friendly faces are important to her. We regard them as our extended family
and would highly recommend Alina to anyone seeking extra support in their home. Their professional care is wonderful....they also make good tea too!
We thank the office team as well who readily accommodate any visit changes at short notice.

I am submitting this review on behalf of my mum Overall she is very happy with Alina, the staff are supportive and professional, they provide all the care she needs with respect and kindness. The management team are obliging and try their hardest to meet any requested changes. The only area where minor
improvements would be appreciated is for better oversight when the rota changes at late notice, the management team do make efforts to inform but sometimes this is missed. In summary we would both recommend Alina as a high quality care provider.

Alina Home Care service accommodated my needs all through December 2025 & January 2026.
Due to being in hospital unexpectedly on a couple of occasions, I required extra care when coming home, the company has been amazing at providing this with no problem. I cannot say enough about my carers, their
friendliness & kindness have made them such special friends.They have the experience too cover all aspects of caring including cleaning if needed but more important to take me out to appointments etc if required. I always look forward to them coming, Their special gift is to talk, this is so reassuring.
Due to my health problems, Alina Home Care will be a permanent relationship for my future.

We can not fault Alina Homecare at all, they always treated mum with the utmost respect no matter how bad things got at home and as our mum's needs changed they adapted without and issue what so ever. We plan on having mum return back home once a new build which meets her needs is finished and we will
be having Alina back to look after her again. In the mean time one of mum's carer's has asked if she could visit mum in her temporary care home which made mum so happy to see a familiar face.

I have been a customer since just before Christmas 2025 having been very unhappy with my previous provider.


From my first admin meeting to today the branch has gone above and beyond to provide care in every aspect from washing to food preparation. They all are on time and well presented. I can always

feel relaxed and calm, which is important with my CPTSD.


I could not ask for a better team to look after me as an amputee. Always a smile and a jovial chat ensues.


The company administration in terms of invoices is very smooth and fluid, with no problems.


100% recommended to any retired serviceman or woman looking for help such as I. They understand our DNA and sense of humour.

In October 2025 my wife suffered two falls; one at 10.50pm and the second at 2.50am the same night. After the first she returned to bed and after the second was not returned to bed. My neighbours and I agreed not to do so. The ambulance was called - the paramedics had to arrange for assistance to assist
in her removal to hospital where she was detained until the week before Christmas. We had to arrange for a live-in carer. This has been an eye opener to us and we are in debt to her and the homecare company. I must add that my wife could not be moved until 8.30am.

It has been a great relief to have the support of the Alina carers. They are reliable and kind and have proved flexible about meeting our care needs at any one time. We have found them responsive, cheerful and chatty, so that, as well as the practical help they provide, we are also able to have stimulating

Alina Home Care have been absolutely fantastic in providing care for our dad who has dementia and also developed a high level of physical care needs. Right from the start the carers and managers have been very responsive and flexible to his changing needs and sometimes challenging behaviour. They took
the time to really get to know dad and build great relationships with him. They are very professional, but also always really caring and kind. It was easy to contact them and they were brilliant at keeping us up to date throughout the day via their app. When dad became very poorly Alina enabled him to stay at home for as long as he could. The managers and carers really went above and beyond to support dad and us. We couldn't have managed without their unfailing kindness, calmness and cheerfulness.
