The carers did a fantastic job of looking after grandad, he was unsure about home care at first but after meeting the team he soon came around! From the outset Alina has been an excellent service, from my initial enquiries for day help for my mum to now, where mum has two visits a day. She lives alone at almost eighty seven and is independent but values the daily interaction with her carers and the help she needs. After each visit I receive a detailed update on how she is and the care provided, the App is easy to use. The team manager is fantastic, communication is excellent.

They have, and continue to look after her very well, with the usual help with laundry, and cooking as well as taking her out for the day, to the doctor, dentist or for a haircut etc. Mum enjoys their visits and talking to them over a cuppa about her life. The team have gone above and beyond for mum (it's not many that would chase round a field in the wet to ensure the horse was safely in it's stable before they can help with dinner). We're really pleased with everything they've done, we get lots of personalised feedback, and it's eased the burden of the diagnosis. I'd highly recommend them.

The client is my cousin and has dementia. I have been involved in managing her care for several years. Alina carers have been looking after her for quite a long time, starting with just a few hours per week, building up now to daily visits of 5 - 7 hours. My cousin really values these visits and refers to the carers as friends. The carers are professional and efficient, coping with the many repetitive conversations and questions. They take my cousin out for shopping, doctor's appointments and out to places of interest. Their detailed daily reports are invaluable as I can access them and know what's going on or if they have any concerns. The Care Manager keeps in touch regularly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Care agency.

This is the first time using this service and they were recommended by someone I met recently. I arranged for 3 weeks of personal care which I needed because of a shoulder operation. The carers arrived on time and were very friendly and took a great deal of care in looking after me especially with regard to my shoulder. They were happy to let me do things for myself when I thought I could do it but helping me if I couldn't manage it, which I appreciated. Once I was dressed they always asked if there was anything else they could do for me before they left. I would be very happy to use the company again and would recommend them.

Following my father's stroke in January, which significantly affected his memory and cognitive abilities, followed by several months in hospital recovering, we were fortunate to have the support of Alina in our home. Hannah and the team at Alina have been great with my Grandma. We initially had 2 visits a day and then gradually upped our visits until my Grandma had to go in to a home.
Hannah or Natalie would always reply really quickly to any query or problem. We only had a few issues with some visits being too late, but most of the time they were good. My grandma liked all the carers that she had and when I visited I met one (Hope) a few times and she was so lovely.
When my Grandma was unsafe at home, Hannah was trying to find overnight carers and anything that could help us out to keep her safe. It was really appreciated
