We reached out to Alina to provide support for our mother living with dementia, and father who was increasingly struggling to manage. We have been delighted with the service received, the team at Alina was able to provide immediate relief for our family, having initially been concerned how well our parents would take to external support. Alina staff have been able to quickly build a a trusting relationship with us all and strong lines of communication on all aspects of mum's care, which my brother and I have valued greatly as neither of us are local. From the first call, Sophie, Lizy and Charlie have been professional, adaptable and proactive when needed, in helping us to enhance and personalise the care being provided, and we've been very impressed with the work of the front line carers too. We would gladly recommend the team at Alina Andover and their dementia care service.

We have received great service from Alina, from the initial meeting to discuss care of my father who has dementia, to the now daily visits. The team of carers all seem lovely, and my father enjoys his visits to help with medication prompts and mealtimes. The app which Alina use is great as we can see exactly what has happened during each visit. A few small teething issues were dealt with promptly and effectively. Additional visits when required have been fitted in. Highly recommend. Thank you

The staff at Alina have been very helpful and caring when they were providing care for an elderly relative of mine who has recently passed away. They were always able to provide extra carers to call in as needed so that she was able to have the right level of care for her needs and stay in her own home - which was very important to her.

The team operating out of the Bentley office are incredibly professional and a delight to deal with. They are doing a superb job of caring for my mother and she loves them. I can relax knowing how well she is being looked after.

My mum is still of the opinion that she doesn't need anyone to look in on her and that she can still cope with everything life throws at her and my dad. In the real world I know that she will occasionally forget her meds and my dads because he can't remember if he takes any in the first place. Therefore it gives great peace of mind that someone looks in twice a day, and even though they are told they are not needed we all know it is a very helpful service. It is nice to get someone else's opinion when we need to step up the service or even if we are having a bad day.

We are really impressed with Mary who cares for Grandma and I know Gran is too. Alina are efficient and affordable! Great communication from Tayla. I would definitely recommend this company for all types of care but we use them as companion care.

It's comforting knowing that my Mum is seen daily, her medications are given and she has some personal contact as she lives alone and we live hours away. The feedback provided via the app is good to see.

I am submitting this review on behalf of my mum Overall she is very happy with Alina, the staff are supportive and professional, they provide all the care she needs with respect and kindness. The management team are obliging and try their hardest to meet any requested changes. The only area where minor improvements would be appreciated is for better oversight when the rota changes at late notice, the management team do make efforts to inform but sometimes this is missed. In summary we would both recommend Alina as a high quality care provider.

They are reliable and friendly, my Mum looks forward to their visits.

The Alina team were caring and responsive to my mum's needs. She enjoyed her regular twice daily visits. It was easy to communicate with the office and community teams. When we needed to increase her care the team was happy to help.

Christmas is a difficult time for mum due to family bereavement. The Alina carers all make a huge effort to cheer her up and listen to her stories, as well as keeping the rooms tidy and encouraging her to eat and drink properly and to take her pills etc.

Sophie and Lizzy were extremely responsive when I needed to arrange care at short notice for my mother, who had recently been discharged from hospital following a broken hip. They listened carefully to our needs to help tailor a package of home and personal care to support her during her recovery and found a small team of carers who come to help my mother every day and who she is really happy with. They were the first company I called, and without their help, we would have been really stuck when council care ended abruptly. Really grateful for their support and highly recommend the whole team.

Very pleased with care we have received from Alina. From Sophie's original visit to the 2 lovely ladies who have looked after us for the last 9 weeks. Very kind and caring abe efficient. Which has been most helpful during this stressful time after braking my ankle. Wouldn't hesitate to contact them again should the need arise and would certainly recommend their services. Thank you
