Overall Experience

I am so grateful to the manager of the Ringwood branch for his compassion and competence. He and two of the carers in particular looked after me and my sister as well as after our dying mother - teaching us that there can be joy in life right till the end.
It was a heartwarming experience.

Overall Experience

The staff at Alina have provided care for two of my elderly relatives for over two years now.
My relatives have no other family nearby and so have relied on the Alina staff to organise all aspects of their care.
Due to their previous independence, which changed relatively suddenly, they had their

own very structured routines which were quite particular and would take some time to get used too.
Alina have always been able to provide full time carers and provide increasingly complex care arrangements as my relatives needs changed.
The carers they have found to provide care have been very helpful and willing to take good care of my relatives and to accommodate their particular needs.
The extra carers who have been needed lately have also been most helpful. All the carers have added to the quality of life of my relatives, and as I live a long distance away I am very grateful to have the reassurance that they have such a dedicated team around them, both the management and the carers.

Overall Experience

Christmas is a difficult time for mum due to family bereavement. The Alina carers all make a huge effort to cheer her up and listen to her stories, as well as keeping the rooms tidy and encouraging her to eat and drink properly and to take her pills etc.

Sophie and Lizzy were extremely responsive when I needed to arrange care at short notice for my mother, who had recently been discharged from hospital following a broken hip. They listened carefully to our needs to help tailor a package of home and personal care to support her during her recovery and

found a small team of carers who come to help my mother every day and who she is really happy with. They were the first company I called, and without their help, we would have been really stuck when council care ended abruptly. Really grateful for their support and highly recommend the whole team.

Alina are absolutely brilliant. From the start they were very professional, taking care to note all of mums needs. Everyone working on the team was very caring and always helpful. Communication is always excellent - no issues with anything at all. Would have preferred to keep using the team and keep

mum at home but mum needed more attention due to dementia.

In summary, a great company and if you're in any need of care for your loved one I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

My father in law needed some additional help in the mornings so contacted Alina Homecare. One of the managers, Anna made contact and was extremely helpful from the beginning, booking in a time to visit my in laws so Anna could find out their exact needs and that they were also happy with what could

be offered.
All the staff who have been involved in my father in laws care have been amazing, they are caring, considerate and always ask and listen to my father in law with regards to his care. My in laws were always saying how lovely the carers were and they understood his needs and his little stubborn ways ;)
Anna has been a massive support recently as my father in law had been unwell and offered advice on circumstances we weren't familiar with as never had to deal with this before so that was priceless.
If you are looking for exceptional care for you or your loved ones Anna and her team at Alina are brilliant. They listen, put in the care that the individual person needs and monitor.

The care providers have been wonderful looking after mum. They gently persuade her of the importance of what is necessary and do everything with a cheerfulness but at the same time are never condescending. Her bedroom has never been tidier or more organised. We are both happy to see the carers when

they arrive.

Overall Experience

I found Alina homecare when researching options to support my mother in law after she had a couple of strokes and a diagnosis of dementia. Living alone she felt she didn't need any help but after meeting the manager and discussing what help Alina could offer, she agreed to a trial. She now greets the

carers with a hug and looks forward to their visits. The daily checks, practical help and social interactions have helped to develop a routine that supports us all. The app is great at telling us what happened during the visit as my MIL cannot always recall the details. The manager is very responsive and accommodating to last minute changes or requests, and the carers are lovely. This has been a positive introduction to help keep my MIL living at home in a familiar environment, where she feels safe. I am very grateful we found them and would definitely recommend Alina homecare Andover.

I cannot praise the staff at Alina Care Ringwood highly enough. Their quality of care is outstanding, both to client and family of client in my experience. The staff and management have gone above and beyond by helping me to navigate a complex situation with my cousin who needs a lot of care, as does

her husband. Alina Care staff provide excellent standards of care and are respectful towards client dignity. Communication is excellent and managers show they care too, which doesn't always happen in the care industry. It's wonderful to know my relatives are in very safe hands.

I am writing this review with sincere gratitude for the manager and his Team at the Ringwood site.
I reached out with a request for my Husband's Stepmother (who has regular long-term care provided by Alina), to attend a surprise birthday event for my Husband.
I thought this was perhaps a long-shot

to ask, given that the requested day was on the carer's day off and that I had not had previous contact with Alina.
The staff handled my request with ease, care and dedication and worked seamlessly to ensure all measures were in place and most importantly, that it was absolutely kept a surprise!
The carer changed her day off to ensure my Husband's Stepmother could be in attendance and did her utmost to provide the best level of care and assistance on the day. The carer was wonderful company and it was a pleasure to have her as part of the afternoon.
I cannot thank you all enough and highly recommend Alina Home Care and their services.

With my wife still in hospital, I came out of my stay to live alone (aged 93) with a left arm practically useless following a fracture. My daughter then arranged daily home care. What I had not expected was that 'care' in this instance meant care for the whole person - their whole situation, unique

needs and particular problems. What I got was complete and cheerful understanding, reaching way beyond what I expected, addressing my particular problems far, far beyond the call of duty.. I cannot praise Alina Farnham , and thank them., enough for all that they have done to help me.

Alina has cared for my grandad for the last 11months starting with companion visits 3 times a week to 4 visits a day in the last month . Making sure he was showered feed and happy . If I had a problem or need extra help at short notice the management team would do there best to arrange this . The carers

should kindness to my grandad without Alina my grandad would of ended up in a nursing home a lot sooner we are only leaving Alina now as his dementia has got worse and he has had several falls .
It's scary when you have to choose a care company for a loved one I choose the right one with Alina thank you

I'd like to thank all the staff at Alina Healthcare (Basingstoke) for their help in looking after my Aunt since last November. From the first call, initial setting out of her care needs to the wonderful support from every single one of the team who looked after her they were friendly, professional,

helpful, flexible and incredibly supportive at all times a great example would be rearranging everyone for one day to support a 'bucket list' day out!
