I needed care for my mother and father at very short notice and they were able to support us straight away. I have total confidence that my parents are being cared for to

a very high standard and with a team who are take great pride in their work and those they care for.

My mum is still of the opinion that she doesn't need anyone to look in on her and that she can still cope with everything life throws at her and my dad. In the real world I know that she will occasionally forget her meds and my dads because he can't remember if he takes any in the first place. Therefore
it gives great peace of mind that someone looks in twice a day, and even though they are told they are not needed we all know it is a very helpful service. It is nice to get someone else's opinion when we need to step up the service or even if we are having a bad day.

We are really impressed with Mary who cares for Grandma and I know Gran is too. Alina are efficient and affordable! Great communication from Tayla. I would definitely recommend this company for all types of care but we use them as companion care.

It's comforting knowing that my Mum is seen daily, her medications are given and she has some personal contact as she lives alone and we live hours away. The feedback provided via the app is good to see.

I am submitting this review on behalf of my mum Overall she is very happy with Alina, the staff are supportive and professional, they provide all the care she needs with respect and kindness. The management team are obliging and try their hardest to meet any requested changes. The only area where minor
improvements would be appreciated is for better oversight when the rota changes at late notice, the management team do make efforts to inform but sometimes this is missed. In summary we would both recommend Alina as a high quality care provider.

The Alina team were caring and responsive to my mum's needs. She enjoyed her regular twice daily visits. It was easy to communicate with the office and community teams. When we needed to increase her care the team was happy to help.

I am so grateful to the manager of the Ringwood branch for his compassion and competence. He and two of the carers in particular looked after me and my sister as well as after our dying mother - teaching us that there can be joy in life right till the end.
It was a heartwarming experience.

The staff at Alina have provided care for two of my elderly relatives for over two years now.
My relatives have no other family nearby and so have relied on the Alina staff to organise all aspects of their care.
Due to their previous independence, which changed relatively suddenly, they had their
own very structured routines which were quite particular and would take some time to get used too.
Alina have always been able to provide full time carers and provide increasingly complex care arrangements as my relatives needs changed.
The carers they have found to provide care have been very helpful and willing to take good care of my relatives and to accommodate their particular needs.
The extra carers who have been needed lately have also been most helpful. All the carers have added to the quality of life of my relatives, and as I live a long distance away I am very grateful to have the reassurance that they have such a dedicated team around them, both the management and the carers.

Christmas is a difficult time for mum due to family bereavement. The Alina carers all make a huge effort to cheer her up and listen to her stories, as well as keeping the rooms tidy and encouraging her to eat and drink properly and to take her pills etc.

Sophie and Lizzy were extremely responsive when I needed to arrange care at short notice for my mother, who had recently been discharged from hospital following a broken hip. They listened carefully to our needs to help tailor a package of home and personal care to support her during her recovery and
found a small team of carers who come to help my mother every day and who she is really happy with. They were the first company I called, and without their help, we would have been really stuck when council care ended abruptly. Really grateful for their support and highly recommend the whole team.

Very pleased with care we have received from Alina. From Sophie's original visit to the 2 lovely ladies who have looked after us for the last 9 weeks. Very kind and caring abe efficient. Which has been most helpful during this stressful time after braking my ankle. Wouldn't hesitate to contact them

Alina are absolutely brilliant. From the start they were very professional, taking care to note all of mums needs. Everyone working on the team was very caring and always helpful. Communication is always excellent - no issues with anything at all. Would have preferred to keep using the team and keep
mum at home but mum needed more attention due to dementia.


In summary, a great company and if you're in any need of care for your loved one I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

My father in law needed some additional help in the mornings so contacted Alina Homecare. One of the managers, Anna made contact and was extremely helpful from the beginning, booking in a time to visit my in laws so Anna could find out their exact needs and that they were also happy with what could
be offered.
All the staff who have been involved in my father in laws care have been amazing, they are caring, considerate and always ask and listen to my father in law with regards to his care. My in laws were always saying how lovely the carers were and they understood his needs and his little stubborn ways ;)
Anna has been a massive support recently as my father in law had been unwell and offered advice on circumstances we weren't familiar with as never had to deal with this before so that was priceless.
If you are looking for exceptional care for you or your loved ones Anna and her team at Alina are brilliant. They listen, put in the care that the individual person needs and monitor.

I found Alina homecare when researching options to support my mother in law after she had a couple of strokes and a diagnosis of dementia. Living alone she felt she didn't need any help but after meeting the manager and discussing what help Alina could offer, she agreed to a trial. She now greets the
carers with a hug and looks forward to their visits. The daily checks, practical help and social interactions have helped to develop a routine that supports us all. The app is great at telling us what happened during the visit as my MIL cannot always recall the details. The manager is very responsive and accommodating to last minute changes or requests, and the carers are lovely. This has been a positive introduction to help keep my MIL living at home in a familiar environment, where she feels safe. I am very grateful we found them and would definitely recommend Alina homecare Andover.
