Overall Experience

My father in law needed some additional help in the mornings so contacted Alina Homecare. One of the managers, Anna made contact and was extremely helpful from the beginning, booking in a time to visit my in laws so Anna could find out their exact needs and that they were also happy with what could

be offered.
All the staff who have been involved in my father in laws care have been amazing, they are caring, considerate and always ask and listen to my father in law with regards to his care. My in laws were always saying how lovely the carers were and they understood his needs and his little stubborn ways ;)
Anna has been a massive support recently as my father in law had been unwell and offered advice on circumstances we weren't familiar with as never had to deal with this before so that was priceless.
If you are looking for exceptional care for you or your loved ones Anna and her team at Alina are brilliant. They listen, put in the care that the individual person needs and monitor.

Alina Homecare who cares for my daughter in our home are excellent in providing the care and help she needs. The carers are all prompt, caring and extremely efficient. The care providers have been wonderful looking after mum. They gently persuade her of the importance of what is necessary and do everything with a cheerfulness but at the same time are never condescending. Her bedroom has never been tidier or more organised. We are both happy to see the carers when

they arrive.

Overall Experience

I found Alina homecare when researching options to support my mother in law after she had a couple of strokes and a diagnosis of dementia. Living alone she felt she didn't need any help but after meeting the manager and discussing what help Alina could offer, she agreed to a trial. She now greets the

carers with a hug and looks forward to their visits. The daily checks, practical help and social interactions have helped to develop a routine that supports us all. The app is great at telling us what happened during the visit as my MIL cannot always recall the details. The manager is very responsive and accommodating to last minute changes or requests, and the carers are lovely. This has been a positive introduction to help keep my MIL living at home in a familiar environment, where she feels safe. I am very grateful we found them and would definitely recommend Alina homecare Andover.

I cannot praise the staff at Alina Care Ringwood highly enough. Their quality of care is outstanding, both to client and family of client in my experience. The staff and management have gone above and beyond by helping me to navigate a complex situation with my cousin who needs a lot of care, as does

her husband. Alina Care staff provide excellent standards of care and are respectful towards client dignity. Communication is excellent and managers show they care too, which doesn't always happen in the care industry. It's wonderful to know my relatives are in very safe hands.

I am writing this review with sincere gratitude for the manager and his Team at the Ringwood site.
I reached out with a request for my Husband's Stepmother (who has regular long-term care provided by Alina), to attend a surprise birthday event for my Husband.
I thought this was perhaps a long-shot

to ask, given that the requested day was on the carer's day off and that I had not had previous contact with Alina.
The staff handled my request with ease, care and dedication and worked seamlessly to ensure all measures were in place and most importantly, that it was absolutely kept a surprise!
The carer changed her day off to ensure my Husband's Stepmother could be in attendance and did her utmost to provide the best level of care and assistance on the day. The carer was wonderful company and it was a pleasure to have her as part of the afternoon.
I cannot thank you all enough and highly recommend Alina Home Care and their services.

With my wife still in hospital, I came out of my stay to live alone (aged 93) with a left arm practically useless following a fracture. My daughter then arranged daily home care. What I had not expected was that 'care' in this instance meant care for the whole person - their whole situation, unique

needs and particular problems. What I got was complete and cheerful understanding, reaching way beyond what I expected, addressing my particular problems far, far beyond the call of duty.. I cannot praise Alina Farnham , and thank them., enough for all that they have done to help me.

Alina has cared for my grandad for the last 11months starting with companion visits 3 times a week to 4 visits a day in the last month . Making sure he was showered feed and happy . If I had a problem or need extra help at short notice the management team would do there best to arrange this . The carers

should kindness to my grandad without Alina my grandad would of ended up in a nursing home a lot sooner we are only leaving Alina now as his dementia has got worse and he has had several falls .
It's scary when you have to choose a care company for a loved one I choose the right one with Alina thank you

I'd like to thank all the staff at Alina Healthcare (Basingstoke) for their help in looking after my Aunt since last November. From the first call, initial setting out of her care needs to the wonderful support from every single one of the team who looked after her they were friendly, professional,

Alina are a great company with staff that genuinely seem to care about their clients. They are very professional and do their best to make sure that the carers are "matched" with the needs of the person they are caring for. The same carer comes on the same day at the same time each week which is very

important with someone with dementia and OCD. It ensures that there is continuity which is helpful to my father and gives me peace of mind that he is being properly looked after. The app is brilliant as I know what has happened during each visit. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alina.

The manager went above and beyond with the care of my father. Her professionalism and care in all areas regarding my father, from the initial meeting to her understanding of my father's dignity down to his wife's comfort and opinions needing to be taken into consideration was exemplary. She managed

to put in place a care package for my father at short notice and was a huge support both practically and emotionally for everyone during a very difficult time. Nothing was too big of an ask and she became good friends with both Dad and his wife. I would recommend the manager and Alina Homecare without hesitation, and actually have already done so to another family member!

Overall Experience

Following a major operation in December, my daughter researched possible home care providers to assist me when discharged. Alina Homecare responded to her enquiry the same day and agreed to a very reasonably priced care package to operate from the following week. The carers have been first class - professional,

efficient, kind and caring. They arrive on time, happily attend to my needs and carry out household tasks which I am not able for yet. They make very helpful suggestions regarding full rehabilitation for me to consider without pressure and offer full support.
The management backup has been first class. As a professional myself, I recognise the excellence of the care assessment at the outset and the careful reviews subsequently undertaken to ensure that all my needs are covered. They are also very flexible about any changes to time and length of care input to suit my individual and changing needs which is first class.
I highly recommend Alina Homecare - excellent in every way.

What a hard-working and caring team Alina Ringwood is. The staff in the office work efficiently to ensure all runs smoothly and are quick to step in if something needs sorting. They found carers who met all of our Aunt's needs for both 24-hour live-in and break. They are highly experienced, calm and

practical and committed to providing the best level of service that they can.
We had wonderful 24-hour care for our elderly Aunt, who wasn't the easiest to please. She was handled with kindness, patience and understanding. The team allowed her to have as much independence as she could cope with, whilst gently supervising and getting the very best out of her. We would like to thank all of the very special ladies who lived in with my aunt, especially her last carer who is a little ray of sunshine, who must get a special mention as she was a brilliant break cover - taking her out on trips which were much enjoyed. We have been using Alina Care for the last month or so for mum, who sadly has early-stage Alzheimer's, she gets rather confused but wants to remain at home as long as possible. After looking into different Care providers and one carer from Alina who visited mum at home with my brother and me - we really

liked her calmness, caring attitude and the way she spoke to mum, Alina was able to be flexible and provide the type of care we thought we would be suitable. They help her with medication, food and showering and go in every day to give us peace of mind that she's safe and coping. The reporting back to us is excellent, so we get regular feedback if there are any issues or worries. So far very pleased with the service and care they are giving to mum.
