The care providers have been wonderful looking after mum. They gently persuade her of the importance of what is necessary and do everything with a cheerfulness but at the same time are never condescending. Her bedroom has never been tidier or more organised. We are both happy to see the carers when they arrive.

With my wife still in hospital, I came out of my stay to live alone (aged 93) with a left arm practically useless following a fracture. My daughter then arranged daily home care. What I had not expected was that 'care' in this instance meant care for the whole person - their whole situation, unique needs and particular problems. What I got was complete and cheerful understanding, reaching way beyond what I expected, addressing my particular problems far, far beyond the call of duty.. I cannot praise Alina Farnham , and thank them., enough for all that they have done to help me.

My wife has dementia and I was finding it a strain to care for her without a break. I found Alina homecare and I could not be more pleased. I feel I have support and I have seen a big difference with my wife. The manager has been amazing and her care and support has been nothing but amazing. We have been using Alina Care for the last month or so for mum, who sadly has early-stage Alzheimer's, she gets rather confused but wants to remain at home as long as possible. After looking into different Care providers and one carer from Alina who visited mum at home with my brother and me - we really liked her calmness, caring attitude and the way she spoke to mum, Alina was able to be flexible and provide the type of care we thought we would be suitable. They help her with medication, food and showering and go in every day to give us peace of mind that she's safe and coping. The reporting back to us is excellent, so we get regular feedback if there are any issues or worries. So far very pleased with the service and care they are giving to mum.

As a daughter, it gave me peace of mind when Mum said the carers were kind and she looked forward to them visiting.

I live in the USA, so it is vitally important that Mum and Dad's live-in carers are able to provide the caring and professional service they need. Alina has stepped up to the plate and continues to provide a great service. Mum and Dad think of the carer as the daughter they never had! Living overseas it is important that I know they are being properly cared for and that they are happy and Alina provides that assurance through their regular updates and indirectly from how Mum and Dad talk about the carer on telephone calls. The quality of care that Alina provide is excellent but it is also those intangibles they provide that enrich Mum and Dads day to day living experience.
